Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is centrally located for those needing to be in this area. Easy hop to the 101. Security perfect. Room 821, a suite was quiet, a requirement for us and very spacious. The Covid protocols in CA are a pain but understandable. A special shout out to Tania who was gracious, kind and help us square away some issues. We will be back!

Our room was clean and comfortable. And the service was excellent, particularly in the continental breakfast room with Marieta! She was very warm, friendly, and personable and went above and beyond to assist us and other guests each and every morning.

Breakfast was amazing and the service with Marieta was extra special. Welcomed as soon as I walked in. My plate was taken when I finished and then offered to take some food upstairs. When I said my son was up stairs she brought me plates, cutlery even a tray. Thank u Marieta for your wonderful service

Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Location was central and walking distance to the walk of fame etc. The pool was warm even though we stayed in winter. Shout out to Tania at reception who made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help… definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a full week. The location was ideal for visiting everywhere by using Uber and the HOHO buses. Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed although a kettle would have been very welcome to make tea. Breakfasts were fabulous and this room was spotless, well stocked at all times and managed expertly by Marietta and Veronica, who were always friendly and smiling. Front desk and security/concierge were all friendly and welcoming, too.

We stayed 4 nights. At the moment of the check inn (not before), they mentioned that were working with "limited cleaning service". It means that they never clean up the room either change towels. Only if you ask for fresh towels at the fron desk they give it to you (in oru case thet accepted to give us 3 and we were 4). There are not reasosn for that at this moment. The whole city operates without limitations except these people that are trying to save money.

Clean, well maintained hotel, with security and friendly reception. Nice pool, though too cold to use in December, and nice breakfast with hot items, like eggs and sausage, pastries, make it yourself pancakes. Small and basic fitness center.

We stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. It is nearby attractions in Hollywood and a Metro station we used to get to Universal. Rooms were great and clean. Check-in and valet staff were great and always available for any needs or questions. Breakfast was also awesome. Marieta was there to keep everything stocked for breakfast and also help. We will stay here again when we are in the area!

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, especially the ladies in the kitchen. They made my experience very pleasant. I would definitely go back there the next time I’m in town. Minutes away from the walk of fame in Shopping area.
