Being just a block from the beach and pier is a big attraction.
The service was good though the breakfast was mediocre.
Bathrooms clean but guests selfish about use by all, (not the inns fault)
Historically very enjoyable inn!
We stayed in the loft style room and it worked great for our family of 4. Room was very clean and front desk staff was helpful. The parking was convenient and the beach was just a short walk. We would stay here again!
I booked 2 rooms for 1 night at Venice Beach Hotel, but 2.5 days prior to arrival my travel plans changed and I needed to cancel 1 room. The hotel doesn't clearly disclose the cancellation/refund terms clearly, which on their website clearly states that if...More
We stayed for the second time at the Venice Beach House in early December. It feels like a home (the house is a historic landmark) and we love sitting on the porch and in the beautiful garden, very relaxing after a flight from Europe. It's...More
We use it for all of our company travel to LA! Perfect distance from Santa Monica, where most of our meetings are.
Booking with them is amazingly easy, they treat us so well, absolutely love this place! Highly recommend it.

Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it
happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.

Hi, there are no mini fridges I'm afraid, but they are so helpful I'm sure if you needed to refrigerate items they'd help you out. There is no pool, but it is yards from the beach and the biggest pool of all - the North Pacific Ocean. What more could you ask for?
