Tree trimming goons peering in our windows on the second floor. LAPD did nothing cause its OK to use chainsaws and wood chippers 24/7/365. Crazy tattooed guests play fighting in front of door while desk clerk watched. Small elevator. Not worth the money. Good luck.

I stayed here for one night and it was a good place to stay near staples center
The rooms are nice and a good size for the money it is ax quiet hotel where you can get a good night's sleep close to downtown LA
Very small room for price but clean and very basic accommodations. Mattresses had little support and air conditioning controls broken-either operated at 59 or off. Hotel decor is a bit dated and tired. Probably won't be staying here again.
Several miles from downtown in mcarthur park, the other east LA. Lots of barking dogs. Two small parking lots. Sketchy people in front of hotel. Room is like a super 8. Only heat in room is if you ask for a space heater.
