The staff here were very attentive and the service was wonderful. Both the valet and the front desk were always present and ready to help in every way. There was an event in the lobby and on the grounds while we were there, but the hotel let us know ahead of time and room service was easy and fast when we ordered that morning. The room and view from it were also very nice.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here for a wedding in Beverly Hills and didn’t expect a memorable experience from a hotel. It started with the friendly valet crew. Jairo and his guys are on it when you drive up. (Next day I jokingly asked if he ever slept because I see him smiling every time we needed our car). As we strolled into the lobby, fragrance of the beautiful white Casablanca lilies greeted us. Then when we checked in, Robin with his friendly British accent and smile greeted us and communicated in detail of the services provided, with us not expecting anything until we saw our room! The spotless simplicity of an elegant boutique decor of our clean room combined with the view (of the mountain) from the balcony took our breath away! Did I mentioned the bed were very comfortable with fluffy pillows too! The location was excellent-near everything yet in a quiet area. Edugie and Jared greeted us with such joy every time we needed anything. Happy Sam in the restaurant recommended the continental breakfast since we will be having a progressive food tour after this meal in town. (which we were pleasantly glad we did) the fresh healthy fruits and the fresh baked pastries with our delicious cappuccino were as perfectly prepared as can be. Croissants were crispy on the outside and buttery inside. We were so happy with the amazing services we had to thank the manager! Turns out Mgr John was funny, very friendly and loves his staff. No wonder they took such good care of us! Staff are happy…Hubby and I traveled a lot for pleasure and .not often we find this kind of attitude from employees who showed such passion and care for their guests. We are grateful to have found this hidden gem and to have such an amazing experience! Wish we could stayed longer but we will be back again. With love from Oregon! 💕🌲

After a long and delayed trip, we got to the property at 1am and were told that because it was past midnight, our reservation had been cancelled. Not only that, but we would not be allowed to restore the reservation until 3am, because apparently their system was running a night audit report. The person at the desk could not have cared less. She offered us to sit in the lobby with our bags until 3. She also blamed the whole thing on us because we didn't call ahead of time. Apparently we were supposed to do that while sitting on the tarmac. We left and booked another hotel, but here is the kicker, my credit card was charged for the reservation! And now they are refusing to issue a credit. The Manager on Duty is as clueless and rude and the desk agent. How this place can call itself luxury is crazy to me. The service level is on par with a motel. Remington Hospitality should stick to operating Hampton Inns - they have no business running a luxury hotel.

Awesome customer service during the stay and even after the stay! Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the valet. They make you feel welcome! We left a small usb jumpdrive behind after our trip. Not only did they locate it they also delivered it back to us which they had to go to an offsite shipping place to deliver. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay, in a great location, and a great staff!

Stayed here for 6 nights while visiting for a wedding in LA. We did have a few issues but they were dealt with. Our room was beautiful, bright airy and super clean. Reception staff ok, but the stars were the valet staff, so friendly and helpful - you got the hotel the extra 🌟 star. Would definitely stay here again. Got a great deal through Trailfinders!!

Beautiful, clean low-key property. Service was top-notch from check-in, to check out, including a fab breakfast (loved the $32 bar/food credit - bonus!). Breakfast service was lovely and peaceful - appreciated the quiet ambience + incredible oatmeal and lattes. Pros all around. Recommend! I will return.

My significant other Lincoln Brown & I stayed at the Cameo Beverly Hills last week, and had an A+ experience. He travels for work ~ 2 weeks per month and has stayed at 5 star hotels across the country. This was one of our favorite hotel experiences to date, and the primary reason is Robin at the front desk. Robin helped us check in, and effortlessly navigate multiple needs that came up throughout our weeklong stay. If it weren't for Robin, we would have rated the Cameo 4 Stars, but because of his cheery demeanor, thoughtfulness, care, skill, and personal touch we give our stay 8 Stars! Thank you Robin & the Cameo Beverly Hills - we can't wait to come back.

Where to start-wood floors no carpet means anyone moving around above you will keep you awake. Disinterested front desk people. Apparently one person working room service, never came back for the cart, pushed the buzzer as told, called them, etc. finally pushed out into hall. Still there the next morning. Shower the most complicated to figure out I've ever seen and I've seen hundreds. Wound up scalding myself and had to call someone to turn shower OFF. No shower at any hotel should be set hot enough to scald someone, it's a safety thing. Restaurant is icy cold a/c, especially in the morning wear a coat, it's awful. Breakfast acai grenola bowl is over FROZEN yogurt. The most minimal hotel I've ever stayed at, 2 tiny glasses in the room, no way to make coffee or tea, they say they'll give you a mini fridge on request but not true. As basic as a motel. Understaffed, can barely manage to be civil from the moment you arrive it's like you're bothering them Only the valets rushing in and out and parking cars and carrying luggage make an effort to be of service. Very few lamps in the room, only unused socket was bathroom for charging phone. I think many of the good reviews here are from when it was a boutique style hotel and had good service, before Hilton buying it

I forgot to tell the hotel pre-arrival that I didn't want to be on the Pico side and when I walked into the suite, i instantly remembered why when I heard the motorcycles go by. My premiere room up on the 9th floor facing Beverly Hills was brighter with a better view and much quieter; I liked it better and as a bonus it was half the price. The hotel is no longer up to Mr C standards (its previous affiliation) but its prices are also much lower and the hotel is basically fine. If you need an engineer to come to your room at night, they are not there even though the front desk says they will send someone. They will send a fridge to the room upon request. There is a bicycle you can ride. The breakfast is not up to the same standard but it's fine and they had whatever I wanted on the menu such as avocado, acai bowls and smoked salmon. The pool was cold but when I asked them to turn the heater on, it was fine. The gym could be really good with a very small bit of upkeep such as a foam roller and some mats (not even one of these there) and a few extensions to put on their main weight resistance machine, and for $100-200 the place would be fine. I spoke with a resident there who says they don't give any care to the gym; the front desk told me that they keep buying things and people steal them. Not true, said the resident. Valet staff is present and attentive. Wake up call came on time. They charge a $45 a night resort fee but $32 of it can be spent on breakfast or other F&B at the hotel each day. It's a good way to make sure the restaurant has deal flow because otherwise it wouldn't make sense to have it open. In this location, this is the best available. It's adequate at this price point; It could be better with very little effort, but they don't even do that. I was there a year ago and made the same complaints about the gym and clearly nobody is interested in doing anything about it. The reason I mention it is that every guest who goes to the gym that I met notices it and they wish it were better. I doubt that a manager ever steps in there.

The service here is amazingu! Finding a location that has a charging station is hard to find and after my car reached 1% I separately began to search. I pulled up to the valet area and after explain my situation to Kelvin, he instantly began to help. We need more people like this in the service industry. Happy and quick to help.
