I moved here about 6 months ago. Great customer service experience with Brandon. I'm renting a studio, it's perfect for transition but some people have lived here for a long time. I really like it and will probably extend my lease and move to a larger newly remodeled apartment in a few months while I'm staying in LA. What I...

Oakwood at Toluca Hills is a massive apartment complex. The ONLY redeeming aspect is the location which is decent. You are greeted with a booklet containing asbestos and mold dislaimers. Nothing like getting a little bit of cancer during your holidays right? The buildings themselves are run down and our hallway was being renovated. The carpets in our apartment were...

oakwood suites are a fantastic alternative to a hotel room. Toluca Hills features a spacious two bedroom apartment with a living room, two baths, and full kitchen. Check in is easy as the front desk at the clubhouse is staffed 24 hours, so even when we got there close to midnight due to a delayed flight we were checked in...

Well maintained complex in a good location, although there isn't much within walking distance. The only complaint we had about this place was the bed - it sagged in the middle which made it uncomfortable.

The apartments are well-equipped even though there could have been a bit more plates. Also the gym was quite okay. Laundry service was easy to use and always available. The location is close to Warner Bros and Universal but you will still need a car in order to move around.

Really recommended! Lovely condominium, plenty of threes and surrounded by hills. The area offers gym, supermarket, laundry and other commodities. The apartment was really clean and very cozy. If we come back to LA, without any doubts we will repeat the same place. The only constrain is the location, it's not the easier place to be found.

After spending a lot of Christmas vacations here in California, we decided to try something different this year. Instead of staying in a hotel we decided to rent short-term apartment. Over the years we have stayed in several of the Oakwood apartments on a temporary basis, I never thought about it as a place to stay during your vacation. We...

Centrally located. Kitchens, grills, pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, Clubhouse and Convenient store on property. Stayed at the Oakwoods for 4 months each year when my son was acting. Still stay there when I visit LA. Would not stay anywhere else!

Spent 6 nights here just recently and I wanted to love it but I couldn't. We rented a two bedroomed apartment which was nicely furnished, had two bathrooms, a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and cooker. There was an iron and an ironing board and the room my husband and I slept in had a huge walk in wardrobe....
