This was a wonderful place to stay while we were in LA. The check in was amazingly smooth and very fast. The apartment was clean, very spacious and they thought of everything right down to little packets of dish detergent and laundry detergent. The apartment had everything you could ask for and the beds were so comfortable and I had... More

The accommodation is superb with great outdoor and indoor facilities including pools, jacuzzis, gyms and tennis courts. The staff at reception are really helpful. The convenience store on sight sticks all the things you'd expect. We stayed in flat D313 which I would highly recommend. It has two bedrooms one with en suite. A separate bathroom and a good sized... More

Really enjoyed our 4 nights here, the quiet apartment was huge and very clean. The gated security entrance made us feel pretty safe during our stay. Loved the location; great if you have hired a car for seeing the sights of LA... & bonus you could see Hogwarts from our blocks car park. Would recommend! :)

Gated like a correctional institution and nearly a pat down at the gate on arrival , I suggest you look further than this place . There were bottles of urine on the stairs of our Bronx style second floor apartment, which had all the usual carpet stains along the hall ways like a murder scene. I know it stated 3... More

I will start with the good, Location. That's it. Its Grubby, smelly, damage in lots of areas, shrubbery overgrown and a non existent customer service, parking terrible, a free for all and to top it off I arrive home to extra costs. It does state it, but you are charged almost 20% extra from the stated cost. Be Careful. Ive... More

They are not the most modern apartments I've stayed in but it was big, clean and quiet. The two room apartment we had, had 2 bathrooms nice kitchen dinning and living room area which was perfect for our 2 teenaged kids! The beds were comfy and parking free and right next to the apartment. The aircon was a little noisy... More

We stayed here on arrival in the US at the beginning of a Californian road trip on a Friday afternoon in August. Although a very large complex it felt safe and was attractive in its layout. The staff were very friendly and welcoming which means a great deal when you have tired family after an 11 hour flight in tow!... More

No complaints during our stay as our family all enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was within easy driving distance to hollywood and universal studios, so a good location for us. Apartment was big but a bit outdated. Pool area was nice and not that busy considering how many apartments were in the complex. A good stay and would return... More

Enjoyed our stay at Toluca overall. After finding it difficult to initially locate the apartment in the complex (it is very easy to get lost at night in the dark), we arrived to a spacious apartment that included all amenities that you'd want. We were a bit alarmed when reading the welcome pack to come across a mandatory environmental health... More
