My hotel visit/stay was for conference attendance for a weekend. The hotel was not prepared for an attendance of approx. 1,000 attendees. The restaurant/bar did not have adequate staffing and the registration desk should have had more staff for arrivals.
The hotel was a lot more quiet than I expected given it's proximity to the airport. I wasn't delighted with the room service menu. Room phone didn't work unless the speaker was used despite someone sent up to do repair. I thought maybe it was used error - it wasn't. No space in valet parking. Had to park in the structure on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. Not pleasing experience. Staff was friendly overall.
We were greeted at check in (after midnight) with a smile and very helpful staff. The airport shuttle was easy to take, running every 15 minutes. Breakfast was terrific. Bar and Grill atmosphere for dinner. Short walk to city bus center if needed. This particular hotel seems to cater more toward people traveling on business or short term stay. We were there 3 nights and it more than met our needs, traveling for leisure purposes. Housekeeping was not daily, but they quickly delivered clean towels when asked.
Regency club remains closed. Upgrades being denied while availability is publicly transparent on app and on Hyatt website while staff claims suites not available. No bottles of water in the room. Notable decline in WOH benefits since Covid at this property only. Other properties have reopened and reinstated all WOH benefits for Globalists.
Had a lot of misses mainly with the cleanliness. The service was lacking (requests went unfulfilled). And the room was not clean. There were crumbs, stains, and dust on the furniture (was hesitant to even sit on the sofa because of the mess). And the toilet area had stains (gross). But the hotel room was very quiet (except for hallway noises but no airplane noises) and conveniently located. Just wished the service and cleanliness had been better.
Elif was such a help she made my checkin and stay 100% better definitely will be returning the jacuzzi was tremendous great penthouse experience Can’t forget about the coziness of the room Overall a great hotel
We love this place. We stay here the night before early flights so we don't have to deal with traffic and parking. The team in the restaurant has gotten to know us and are always so welcoming. We'll be back again soon.
The property was clean and well maintained. Proximity to the airport was perfect. Shuttles to/from airport are frequent. Room service and stocking of basics like water and coffee pods was a major miss. Room service also doesn't fulfill requests for plates or silverware. This is something we have to go to the front desk and pay and what not. At least that is what I gathered when connected with room service. In average hotels this may be reasonable but at Hyatt, at the price points, these are not joyful. It felt rigid and felt like I pay money and have to be told that some simple things are not doable.
really poor customer service! I should not have to book through the company World of Hyatt app at reception desk at midnight to get the best price!!! If it's published price by your company you should honor it without any hoops!
Visitors should know that this hotel does not have a designated dining room. The only food available is in an expanded bar area. The food that was available was very good. We also experienced with the hotel shuttle and had to wait about 30 minutes.
