When planning my next trip to LA, I will definitely try to stay here again. Super clean. Friendly staff. Cool tech accommodations. When there was an issue with the TV, engineering arrived at my room in less than 10 minutes after just one call to the front desk, and solved the problem in 2 minutes.

Walking distance from great food and LA live. 1.9 miles or a quick Uber ride. We’ll be back There’s a lot to do in DTLA and this is right in the middle of it. We loved the cozy room with the big bed. Hang out and eat or have a drink downstairs

Enjoyed the stay. Near lots of shops, food and bars. Not to mention the hotel bar. Friendly staff. Only issue was the ironing situation. You have to go to a room to use the iron and there weren’t any clear direction on how to use it. It was not a basic iron. Definitely will stay again.

Had the best stay! Would definitely recommend & stay again! Room was the perfect size for me & had cool features! Everyone was so friendly! Bed was comfy! They even allowed me to check in early for free which was super convenient! The front desk staff also gave me a free drink ticket for my birthday! Felt secure, had to use your room key to get in the hotel after a certain time & on the elevators! The only con was no parking but there is a garage right next door for a fee.
