Unique hotel, but incredibly dark. Turned on all the lights and could still barely see. Also is it just me or does this place feel a little haunted? Cute and cozy lobby with good coffee. Cheaper parking than some hotels in the area.

This small hotel has a cool vibe set in the heart of West Hollywood near restaurants and shops. Has a restaurant of its own as well. We stayed in a room with two twin beds as a married couple. Don't think they have king size beds, so we took the next best thing. We chose this hotel for a 3...

Dear BLD50,   Thank you for the great review! I am so pleased to hear you had a great sleep, and enjoyed the cool hotel vibe and location. Also glad to hear your positive feedback on the accommodating staff. The majority of our rooms have queen beds, but we do have one large suite that offers a king bed and...

My husband and I stayed at the Palihotel for 3 nights recently. The staff was nice and the location great, but overall we would not recommend the hotel. It has a cool aesthetic overall, but the rooms are really, really dark. I could hardly put on my makeup. Definitely not for someone who likes a lot of light. We had...

Dear slfrazier4,   We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your Palihotel experience. I am so glad to hear your positive thoughts on the accommodating staff, great location, and décor. In regards to the bed size, we do not have full size beds on property, only queens and king - apologies if there was some confusion there. Although...

I must say that it has character. The design team did a great job trying to make an old building look cool with a low budget. It has a lot of creativity for sure but giving it a 3 star is being very nice. The remodel was done very superficial, color on the textured walls, cool furniture and accent pieces...

Very noisy. Our door was literally 3-4 steps from the elevator door. The room temp is controlled by lobby and the heat goes on and off every 10 minutes during night. There isn't really anyplace to unpack. Breakfast was below average and bill was $80 for 3 people. Not a homey feel at all. Felt like we were staying in...

Dear Beachvacasrbest,   Thank you for taking your time to submit your feedback. We are sorry we did not hit the mark to receive a higher star review but we understand your point of view. The closets may not appeal to more traditional travelers. Our guest rooms offer lots of space to hang and fold clothes, however its considered a...

Visiting W. Hollywood to visit my son for Thanksgiving. Personally, I could have not chosen a better hotel for myself, but that was in large part because the hotel was located within walking distance to my son's apartment. Of course, that fact will be of no value to you. Would I stay there again? Absolutely. I say this for several...

A prior review complained about #113; wish I'd read it first. (I slept with ear plugs). Decor, front staff, housekeeping, restaurant, wifi - high marks. Lumpy mattress, low end pillows, linens & noise - serious problem. Strange given nice toiletries provided and gourmet mini bar. Although no thermostat, always comfortable. I'm sure they have nicer rooms - avoid 113. Stayed...
