Located right in the middle of movie land the hotel runs clips of famous movies in which it featured. I enjoyed the ocean view from balcony on the 16th floor and also found the concierge very helpful in finding me a jazz club. Minor niggles: I found the bar area a bit cramped,

Stayed in a business suite here for one night for a meeting nearby. The room smelled like cleaning solution. The desk was damaged. Bathroom was big but shower was very small: lots of wasted space. There was no amenities of any kind other than shampoo, condition, and lotion. The

I have been staying at this hotel 1-2 times for the past 9 months. The customer service is outstanding. Of particular note, is the service I received from Concierge Rozie Bacchi. Although not her role, she helped me get the shower head in my room replaced, as well as getting a

Thank you for your questions! We look forward to welcoming you and your family in February. Our complimentary car service goes within 1.5 miles of the hotel, which does include Rodeo Drive; and the car (Tesla Model X) can accommodate up to 5 guests. The car service is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be arranged with our Concierge team. To travel to Universal Studios or Warner Bros Studios our team recommends Uber or Taxi if you do not plan to rent a vehicle. The estimated cost is approximately $40 for an Uber or approximately $80 for a taxi from the hotel. Those are only estimates as fares are subject to demand and traffic at your travel time. Lastly, if you booked with IHG directly or with a travel professional, you will receive points for your stay, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Turndown Service - including complimentary waters. Additionally, depending on your level of membership you may also receive priority on check-out and upgrades If there is anything our team can arrange prior to your arrival, please do not hesitate to contact guest relations at iclaguestrelations (at) ihg . com.

Hi Max, unfortunally there is no way you could avoid the valet parking fee as all available parking lots are very far (at least 15-20 min on foot). It might be a good idea to try at the commercial center at the end of the street (around half a mile) hoping that their overnight parking would be cheaper (I did not try it as I was with my young daughter and it would have been difficult to walk).

We bought a DayAxe day pass to go to this hotel for $15/per person for the use of the amenities all day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They give you a access key and wristband. They do have pool service on request! At the pool there is a phone with a menu outside so you can place your order directly to the restaurant named Copper at the hotel. They brought our lunch for 4 up to the pool area! Great Experience!! Our 2 friends and I enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, free WiFi, and business center. The parking was also discounted to $8.00. Awesome customer service!!
