We reserved four rooms for USC's graduation weekend - with one of the rooms being a double. The rooms were adorable, decorated with antiques and well sized. The bathrooms were clean and water pressure was excellent. Of course the best part was the tasty full breakfast each morning. Fresh fruit, wonderful pastries and eggs. Patsy and her daughters were wonderful...

It was a pleasant experience that a B and B could accommodate our 3 different families, all gathered for a USC graduation of one of our own.We had a lovely breakfast together; could convene in the gracious living room together; have a late snack together. Spent 3 nights here on a recent trip to LA. Loved being able to stay in a neighborhood, with easy access to downtown and the freeway. Bed was super comfy, everything was very clean and lovely, and the breakfasts rocked (they will accommodate your food requests graciously.) All this plus free onsite, offstreet parking, a lovely sitting area (which we...

Patsy and her daughters Lisa and Tracy are wonderful hosts and they cook a superb breakfast, especially notable for the fresh fruit served with panacotta—yum! I particularly appreciated the fact that breakfast is served at a long table, so you can meet other guests. Our room was equipped with an amenity that is too often missing: a reading lamp on...

The location was perfect for both of these venues as we were able to either walk or catch a frequently running bus which ran from the nearby main...

My husband and I stayed for one night at this delightful inn while visiting our niece at USC. We were relieved to find on-site parking, and appreciated the personal welcome from Lisa, and the healthy snacks that awaited us. This establishment offers relaxed elegance, and a cozy private courtyard in which to sit and listen to the birdsong that overlayed...

Traveling alone as an older woman, I appreciated the genuine friendliness served up with great breakfasts, the privacy otherwise, the deep comforts of the room, and the easy access to a great walking neighborhood and excellent public transportation.
