A major hotel in a major downtown area - and there are NO desks in the rooms. The only people staying in downtown LA are going to be business people (myself included) - and a desk where I can work at my computer is NOT a luxury! According to the front desk staff, the only rooms that have desks are...

Stayed here in July 2015 with my girlfriend. Hotel is nice, staff friendly and helpful. Room was big in size, nice air con & shower. Problems were 1. Noise in the area - Area looking out onto building site and also some moron roaring on a megaphone at 7am most mornings 2. Bed clothes not changed - We noticed that...

Hello Tech987, Thank you for reviewing us; I am sorry that your stay was affected by exterior noise and our Housekeeping department failing to replace soiled linen. We actually to participate in green initiatives where we do not change linen daily to conserve water and preventing additional chemicals from being introduced into our environment. But as our Front Desk staff...

If you plan on staying here - be prepared for troubles with parking, the noise for the Air Conditioner and trouble with using the Internet. Lastly if you subsequently contact management from the hotel, be prepared for no response. Surprising as normally a Hilton property is a safe bet.

We stayed at this hotel back in April 2015 for 2 nights and both mornings there were people outside with foghorns shouting and causing a major disturbance at 7:00 am, waking me up and interrupting my husband's business call for at least a 1/2 hour. We weren't even sure what they shouting but it seemed to some type of protest...

The staff are what really make this hotel so great. The restaurant (Justice) is very nice as well, the food is delicious and the servers at the restaurant are exceptional. I always stay here when I come in to LA.

In the middle of busy Los Angeles, this hotel was a quiet and clean respite as I attended the Los Angeles Police Department graduation. The staff was most helpful, and the restaurant (and cocktail lounge) met my every expectation. The restaurant has a to-die-for mac and cheese dish, too!

Friendly and efficient staff; wonderful hospitality, convenient to downtown. Their concierge shuttle service makes attending downtown meetings/rail pickup a breeze and efficient. The Justice hotel restaurant is quite good and friendly. Lots of locals make it more neighborhood than hotel chain. Great experience - my go to hotel in downtown LA

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
