Unfortunately, our room had a window facing the garbage cans!
As work was still being done there in the evening, it was very loud!
Contrary to the hotel description, there was no minibar and no restaurant!
Otherwise, the 20 bus goes directly from the front door of the hotel to Downtown L.A. for $0.50 per person👍!
There was a small pool right in front of our room!

But believe me that applies to 95% of Los Angeles. Outside of the main streets I would not be wandering after dark and I am not a shrinking violet.
The hotel itself. Stayed 3 nights and on returning to the room every day towels had been changed.
The rooms are comfortable enough and have fridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. One thing they could do with is a kettle for a cuppa on a morning.
I asked for a quiet room and I got one.....It was January so may be different in high season.
Some say parking is tight again might be in high season. But to be honest barring down and outs we did not see many rough characters so maybe parking outside would not be an issue.
Bit of a negative underground is about a mile walk but there is buses just the underground seems to be a bit easier to understand....We got lost a couple of times on buses.
Overall no real complaints.
Some comments quoted in bad smell, and others precautions, but it was all ok, normal. Wifi 6 very good. Reception service all ok, and trousers charged 100,00 dollars and return all ok.
. Free parking.
Location is a bit out the way but easy enough to get and Uber or walk to places. Could do with some restaurants and bars in the area but that’s not up to me!
Room was a decent size and the bed was comfy enough.
Reading other reviews, they are right when they say it’s noisy, but for the price I paid and the time I spent in the room, I wasn’t too bothered.
All in all it was cheap and cheerful and good enough for me to get my head down at night
Secured behind a glassed in desk area he was as disinterested as could be.
Eventually a key was provided.
Room was clean.
Pillows (2) were the thinnest we have ever experienced.
Similar super cheap quality of towels applied.
The television did not work.
Sleep was impossible with the constant traffic noise.
Air handler was very noisy.
Clearly whoever manages the property understands nothing about hospitality, staff are not trained and exhibit zero interest in guests we’ll bring.

More than quiet and safe area. Swimming pool (not used) available. Large rooms, with air conditioning and wifi fully functional. OTTIMO!!!
The cons: 1) in the middle of a business area, no restaurants or activities close by (nearest eatery I found: good Korean about 15 minutes walk). 2) Hallway noise--the hallways are concrete floors, so you hear every suitcase, and every door slam. 3) not enough parking. But I managed on the street.
If I were to return, I would request a room AWAY FROM the pool, and facing south.
