i stated 5 nights for business. The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable with thick blankets. Valet staff and bellmen were are professional and courteous. my only complaint is the price of parking. about $46 per day for valet.
We just did an event at this hotel and I was thrilled how Estella went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She showed up early, checked on us multiple times throughout the event. Always had a smile and didn't have...More

This hotel is great, clean and recently renovated, but the real reason I come back is the staff. I’ve stayed here a few times and the staff is amazing. Juana G. Really made sure I was taken care of and felt at home. Thanks!

I don't think so. The shuttle service runs continuously (I believe every 30 minutes). You do need to let them know at the hotel, when you go back (if you return via LAX and stay at the same hotel). You do need to reserve a spot on the shuttle so they can plan if the shuttle is full. Not 100% sure about this last point but I recall having to do that when I had some visitors staying there.
The shuttle is a bus so there is no car seat. It's like any public bus car seats are not provided but kids any age can go on them. However there may be seat belts as there are some public buses that have them.
