Check in time was at 4p but room was not ready until 4:30p. When we got up to our room it was still dirty smh; there was hair on the bathroom counter, pistachios shells & razor blade covers on the floor. It was definitely it worth the money we paid.

Excellent service as usual with Hilton brand, great hotel. Full breakfast was a little expensive at 30 dollars per person. Room was very clean and comfortable, pool area clean and great for kids. Parking was also a bit expensive, 28 dollars plus tax per night.

Our booking is made and pre paid, how do we go about requesting a early check in?
Just turn up at the front desk! We were early and were able to check in fine!

how much is the deposit fee upon checking into the room?
If I recall correctly, they charge for one night when you check in and the remainder is taking off your card when you check out. I don't remembers any further deposit fee charged.

I paid my room upfront with a option to cancel if I had a change of plans prior to check in date. Room reservations have varying deposits based on room cost, travel site, sales that may be going on.

Shuttle is running from early morning but you can also walk to the park easily. It is so close to Hilton, did not use the shuttle. Have a nice holiday.

Hi Darci., The early entry for the theme park is through the theme park themselves. You can choose to buy your ticket with us or online.
