I stayed here ages ago and just like then it was greatness. Usually a hotel drops in quality over that length of time, but that was not the case in my opinion. Most rooms I've had in the area are small and over priced. Not sure if I lucked out, but I got a large well appointed (quiet :) )...

HH member, I generally appreciate a lot Hilton standard but this one is a tourist trap. We arrived at 2pm and the room was not ready (ok hotel policy is 4pm but in Asia, Europe and other place in US I generally have a room even early in the morning). Only one file for HH for the checking so at...

Now this is what an name brand hotel should be. The room we booked was generous with king bed, sofa, large bathroom and a fantastic view of the valley. Service was professional. The walk through the lobby area from the parking garage elevators to the front desk was a bit of an adventure on Sunday evening as there was a...

Just had another very enjoyable stay at this hotel...we won't stay anywhere else in LA. Easy to get to, easy to park and a few mins walk from universal but they also provide free shuttle. The rooms and hotel are getting a bit tired so good to see them working on that. But its the friendly staff that keep us...

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. It is a bit far from most of the city points of interest, but if you're looking for a place to stay close to Universal Studios, it's the best. The cafe could use a little more menu variety and tables to sit, but it is ok as it is

A perfect delivery of service, comfort and care. The staff was accommodating, genuine and above and beyond in making my stay a great experience. My room was well appointed, spacious and quiet. Though there for business at a busy vacation resort; my stay there was a 9 out of 10.
