We stayed at the Hilton Universal City for two nights in a standard room. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by all staff members and check in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and of good quality. The TV worked well and the bathroom was large. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel continues to have issues with...

Enjoyed our stay! Quiet & comfortable. Great view of city lights & universal studios. Enjoyed looking out the window at the Harry Potter castle! Large room and bath. Peter Roth bath amenities . Only downside was high cost of food in the cafe or also pricey room service. Citywalk is only an 8 min leisure walk plus a shuttle is...

Excellent and convenient place to stay! Great concierge and room service and shuttle or walking distance to universal studios. We also had the continental breakfast each morning prior to going out for the day which was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again because it was so convenient!

5 minute walk to universal studios, beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay! The pool was good temperature as well as the hot tub. Even though it was a bit busy in the lobby, the waiting area was nice and plenty of seating. Great staff!

The Hotel is definitely 'run of the mill'. We felt it was aged and needed an upgrade. The waiter was pleasant but had no idea what Gluten Free meant! Checking out was interesting. She charged me for the breakfast we had just paid cash for. She charged car paring twice. This took considerable time. I wanted to pay by cash...

I usually read reviews before I book anything. I've read that people were not that excited about the hotel itself but liked the location. We really liked the location too.you walk to universal studio and you can be there right when they open and stay as late as you want and you don't have to be worried about paying or...

The only reason to book this hotel and pay accordingly is to avoid having to travel to Universal Studios by any shuttles. It is the closest hotel to Universal Studios' entrance, a very short and easy walk. If that is worth it to you, by all means book it. The hotel itself is very average. Our room had an excellent...

This is a nice hotel walking distance from the Universal Studios. They also have a shuttle, though it is less than a 10 minute walk. The rooms are nice, I had a corner room, though nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was very nice and friendly, parking at $28 per night kind of steep.

We spent a Sunday night in order to visit Universal Studios. Our check in was easy and fast. The hotel is on a hill, above it all. Our room #2459 on the top floor had a stunning panoramic view of the foothills and city. The room was quiet and the bed comfy. Robes were waiting in the closet. We had...
