During the heat wave we decided to get a hotel room to hangout in a pool and enjoy an air conditioned room. We're local residents of San Pedro so we went to the Sunrise hotel,BAD IDEA!Upon check in they told us we would be watched through cameras to make sure we had no extra people with us,and that there were no...

So terribly dirty. My little girl had her shoes off even though I told her to not take them off, but was running around in the room and an hour later her feet where black from the very dirty carpet. The first room we got everything was broken including the AC so very uncomfortable, we switched rooms and the AC...

Being with the Iowa we stayed here. But we got double charged, which bounced our card. The bank cancelled the card out. All our auto pay bills all bounced and it took us days to straighten out the mess this hotel made. And then they refuse to admit any wrongdoing or to 'make it right'. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

My husband goes to California a lot so we stayed here to try it. We had two room which were old but decent. No blow dryers so bring one. I'm not a picky person I'm actually a very humble one . We stayed 2 days and then decided to stay some more days, cause the prices was reasonable for the...

Dirty hotel! Needs updated and cleaned! Our room had a stained box spring that looked like blood!!! One room door had been hit by what looked like a battering ram! Patched holes in the walls throughout the halls! Rude staff! Save you Romney and put it toward a nicer hotel!

Stayed here one night (September 2010). It was a pretty nice hotel. Cleanliness - I liked how clean the hotel was. Most reviews say hotel is dirty. I'm one of the ones to have a clean stay here. No stains anywhere. No hairs. Sleep quality - I had a good sleep here. Was afraid of getting bad sleep. At least,...

We were taking the Disney Cruise Apr 22 and booked at the Sunrise for 1 night. The hotel is inexpensive and worked fine with one glitch. It was 11 PM and while being checked in, my granddaughters noticed an animal in the hall near the elevator. We checked it out and it was a rat. The elderly desk clerk said...

I picked this hotel primarily due to it's location. It was basically a place to crash the night before joining a cruise ship and as such met all my needs. Cheap & cheerful. Room was clean if a little dated - although on a main road the noise of the traffic was not audible. Within walking distance of the cruise...

This hotel had an unimpressive front staff. The beds were extremely hard and had other people's hair in the bedding. The shower head was set very low, my husband (5ft, 9") had to stoop down to shower. The water pressure was little more than a constant spit. On the positive side, the continental breakfast was ok, and the parking availability...

We stayed here on the night before our cruise. It is a great location for the cruise terminal, that is where all the good things end. Our room was not cleaned well. It is an older hotel. The bed was not comfortable. The worst part was the bathroom was infested with ants. I told the front desk at checkout and...
