Our family-owned historic, boutique hotel has the BEST roof-top deck at a beach-front hotel in L.A. and the ONLY beach-front balconies on the Boardwalk. All 24 of our fully-furnished studios feature a queen bed, mini-kitchen, private bathroom & free Wi-Fi.
We just got home and I am wishing I was still there! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like a great Friend! The man who checked us in (sorry, I am really really bad with names...) was sooo friendly, taking time to...More

Great feedback here! And I really liked the photo you took of the beach from our rooftop deck! Thanks for staying with us!
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it
happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
We were not given a WiFi password and to be honest there is so much to see and do we didn't have the time or energy to log on. There is a restaurant 2 doors down that has WiFi and really good breakfast. Check out the rooftop... More

I'm sorry to say that we are sold out of our Ocean Front and Partial View rooms. We do have two Queen Studios left and while they don't offer a view, we are truly a beach-front hotel so you can walk out our front door and be on the Boardwalk and at the beach!
Let me know if you have any other questions! We'd be happy to host your stay!
All the best,

Great question! The rooms in our historic hotel are not air-conditioned and it's typically not needed in our mild beach climate. All of our room do have ceiling fans and screened windows so you can let the ocean breeze in!
