Pros: Very friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms, quiet. The Swingers restaurant attached to the hotel was great. Cons: Pool was not heated for the three days we were, and we were told it would not be fixed during our stay. Bed was okay but could be better, the room was a bit cold and the thermostat did not work most...

This is a fun, retro hotel in the heart of the Los Angeles west side. The corner suite is average size, and decorated in retro-chic colors and decor. The couch doubles as a cold out bed, so the suite can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ironic that the title of the hotel is Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel, because...

This Hotel is very clean, easy to get to, in a decent neighbourhood for what I saw. It is fairly central to everything. We stayed here for 2 nights as we wanted to try different locations. Front Desk staff are very friendly , free wifi, you did have to pay extra for parking ( valet parking only ). Room was...

Stayed here in October for 5 nights with my husband, first time visitors to LA. I chose this location because of the short walk to CBS Television Studio. Hollywood Blvd is a short Uber drive away ~ about $5-6 each way, which I thought was very reasonable, we went to that area every day to eat and do all the...

Great location! Walking distance to Farmets Market, Grove, Beverly center, and a multitude of restaurants abd shopping. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the oversized bathroom was really nice. The front desk and valet are so helpful and kind. Will stay here again for sure! The attached restaurant "Swingers" had really good food, too!

Stood here in November and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel looks just as pictured. It's close to Fairfax, The Grove and Farmer's Market. The only reason I took 1 star off is because even though it was super HOT in LA during our stay, the pool was FREEZING!! Really wish it would've had a better temp so that we...

The surrounding industrial-type business mixed in with stylish restaurants and Swingers diner connected to the Beverly Laurel give a confusing first impression. Now a hotel, this was clearly a motel at one time. The small, dark lobby and little courtyard pool do not appear to have changed much in decades. However, the attentive, thorough service and super clean mid-century modern...

This is described as a motor lodge but I would more describe it is a quirky boutique type hotel. Very modern and clean and the reception men were very friendly and helpful. Its on a busy road and a good location for the area. Rooms were fresh, modern and clean quite spacious also. has valet parking which was good value....

Came here with our kids and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. So conveniently located within walking distance to The Grove and Farmers Market and close to good food places. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean and was still spacious enough for our family of four. The staff were very friendly too! We felt safe walking around the neighborhood...
