There is no free parking lot for guests, and the parking is very expensive. Would not stay there again for this reason. also, it took me a long time to get a shuttle because they stop at another hotel before arriving Sonesta, so it came full a couple of times before I could get a shuttle to the airport.

We were visiting in the LA area and had a morning flight. The check in was easy and fast. The room was clean, had a good bed and had a comfortable nights sleep. The shuttle dropped us off at the airport. It was a good uneventful stay!

Jona at the valet department was so accommodating and took great care of our car! The hotel staff was also very nice and flexible with our check out which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were nothing special but pretty clean.

Not the best hotel but weren’t many last minute options. Our flight was cancelled and needed a room for the night. The lobby is big with seating areas inside as well as outside. Upon check in I was told there was a resort charge of $20. I was like what are the resort amenities, this is not resort hotel but whatever didn’t want to argue, we had a long flight and just wanted to sleep. The room was good size and comfortable big bed. The room needs updating, the lampshade was ripped and the bathroom is in need of a major reno. The shower had no pressure. One of the towels had makeup so do they even change the towels after each guest? It was disgusting. Limited restaurant options within the hotel so had no other choice. Century Taproom was the only one open. The service was really slow, only a few tables being served. The food as you can imagine was very overpriced and was just ok. I wouldn’t chosen to eat here but there was nothing else. Wouldn’t stay here again.…

A resort fee payable for an airport hotel ($20) ? The reception and foyer nice, but the room was tired and smelled of stale tobacco. Shower needs updating, (black mould, low water pressure) . Bed was comfortable. Can’t say we got value for money .

I stayed here since it was my last night in LA and I wanted to have easy access to LAX. The hotel is quite nice as are the hotel staff. There is an additional fee if you want to check in early which is very handy. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable! There is a shuttle between the hotel and LAX. I made the mistake of walking from LAX to the hotel and although, it's only 20 minutes and I walk a lot, the footpath is very uneven which is difficult with a heavy suitcase so take the shuttle. The location is handy. There are shops and food places about 20 minutes away and it's an easy Uber to get to Santa Monica. I really enjoyed my stay here.

First of all they leave was exceptional with Carmen, especially Ermias always taking care of my vehicle and having it ready for me. Anytime of day I worked nights while I was there, so they were very helpful.

Jona was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed his friendly demeanor each time we arrived or left! He really makes you feel welcomed. Took amazing care of our car of course. He also helped us out when we had questions regarding the city and surrounding areas.

For a long time it’s being our best option every time we come to LA. Nowadays one of the best things about the hotel is the Valet Parking, miss María del Carmen Jona is very helpful and kind! The rooms are extra clean and all the staff is great!
