Big thanks to the staff at the hotel for really putting service first. I have stayed on the property on two different occasions over the span of three weeks and my stay has been consistent in high marks. The concierge and ties to SBE entertainment is an absolute plus for enjoying the evening with clients or group of friends.

Still a comfortable full featured hotel (suitable for holiday or business), while being a little more edgy. Great food offering for casual and more formal dining (The Bazaar). All staff helpful and friendly.

Let me start by saying that I would give this property a 4 star rating in most locals. However, when you have the Montage and Peninsula and L'Ermitage in the neighborhood you get judged by different standards. Overall I thought that the lobby/front desk/concierge area was dark and cramped. As has been mentioned by others the staff is very friendly...

I stayed at the SLS Beverly Hills Hotel in February 2013. When I checked in I provided them with my Amex card. Their systems were down and they made a manual imprint of my credit card. Checked in around 11:00 pm. All seemed good until I got to the room... "Remember this is a non smoking hotel!" The room stunk like an ashtray... I emediately called the front desk... A bell man brought me a key to another room and this one was acceptable... Oh I forgot it took another day just to get a dog...

Alex Mestres went above and beyond to make sure we a fantastic experience at the SLS rooftop pool bar. He was super professional, efficient, polite and on the ball. We really appreciated being treated so well and will definitely be back!

Funky, fun, and friendly staff. They go out of your way and offer 5 star service at every point of your stay here, way better than I was expecting from a boutique hotel. Arrived on Mothers Day, and our 12:00 early check-in to one of the suites was somehow honored with a call at 12:10 that our room was ready....
