So much to say, but I'll try to be concise. Check-in. Horrible. They insisted on making a photo copy of my driver's license or they would not check me in. The room was pre-paid and the reservation confirmation says proof of ID must be presented - nothing about them making an actual copy of my driver's license. NOTE: Under CA...

I spent two nights there. One night I was overlooking Olympic Blvd very noisy all night, hardly got any sleep. I asked to be moved for the second night to a quieter room, which they did but this room while not overlooking Olympic was still close and the room very noisy and another bad sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Century Park. The location is perfect for any greater LA/Beverly Hills visiting. The people from front desk to valets were all very friendly, the breakfast was very good too. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the linens were soft and cozy. The only negative was an stale odor that seemed to...

Great hotel, staff member Asher was brilliant and helpful when we arrived after 26 hours of travelling. Clean rooms, roomy, good supply of amenities. Breakfast was a valued inclusion. There is a fridge and microwave and a Ralph's supermarket across the road to get supplies if you don't want to eat out all the time. I'm nay downside is that...

It is just an ok hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was firm but not really uncomfortable. It is an old Holiday Inn that they've put new signs over the Holiday Inn signs. At night you see the old Holiday Inn sign clearly thru the new sign. My room was awkward. There was no...

It is hard to find a hotel of this quality in such a good location at such a reasonable price. Rashad at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you for everything!

I stayed in many hotels due to business travels working in the Legal Field for over 25 years and crazy family vacations and the staff is normally over worked or just not good with customer service but in my 3 days stay here "ED" at the front desk has been the nicest person in the whole place. He had patience...

I paid the $20 for parking although it looked like street parking was available on weekends. Check-in was easy and the room I was assigned was very large (split level) however it faced the road. It was also very hot but cooled down after the A/C was turned on. The road noise was intrusive but as it doesn't bother me...

Thank you for your feedback BjamF. sorry to see we only got a couple of stars from you as it looks like we made a mistake by making you feel uncomfortable on your last day. I am sure that was not our intention. You are right in seeing that we are changing the hotel which includes a top to bottom...

Holiday Inn Express Hotels are meant to be pretty basic, simple and low price, as they're just meant to be a bed for the evening, but this place was well over priced for what the hotel is. Front desk staff member (Asha) was very rude upon checking in, but the guy later in the afternoon on the day was a...

thanks OzTravels80 for your feedback. Sorry to hear we missed the mark. You are correct that we are leaving the IHG Holiday Inn Express brand to spend $2.5million on a top to bottom renovation as we agree, the hotel needs it. We can't wait. We are expanding our dining options which are currently limited by Holiday Inn Express. Also the...
