Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.

We stayed one night. We choose this place because it was within walking distance to a venue where we were attending a concert. We are always looking for a hotel with a great decor, fun energy & cool vibe. This one has it all! We also wanted a hotel with bar & restaurant to

Recently stayed here for 4 nights. All of the staff are super nice and super helpful. The decor of the hotel is spectacular. You will have 5 elevators to use - so no waiting to get to where your going. Our room on the 9th floor was great - 2 queen beds were the most

I was told I was a platinum something on check and I chose the drinks in the lobby. Karima (Karina?) was a super pleasant person to check in with and I thought it was the start of a good two night trip. Problem is, she was the only good thing about it. I was told I will get

Trying to choose a hotel location to be near all attractions as we are first time in LA
Hard to say without knowing which attractions you are interested in. This hotel is considered part of DTLA (Downtown L.A.) so it’s close to L.A. Live Grammy Museum, and DTLA restaurants and bars. But if you are walking (and not driving) it’s a little farther from Union Station and some of the museums (if that’s what you are interested in).

Most hotels will allow you to receive a delivery, as long as you let them know ahead of time and make sure it's addressed accordingly. Definitely call or email the hotel.

Is there any parking nearby that isn’t valet?
Yes but watch the prices. One nearby said $10 after 4pm but they tried to charge us $40, as past midnight. no signs said this though. Paid $15 after arguing. I did park in the reserved offices parking outside the hotel one night but you need to park late and be gone early o not get a ticket.
