We did enjoy the room darkening curtains. It was dark in the room. Parking and check-in were easy. Room was clean and the staff were nice. Room walls were thin so we could hear next door a lot. Our chair was stained and the table needs to be cleaned much better. It was sticky. The mattress needs to be replaced NOW. One side sagged and offered no support. We did not like the half door shower. It was like taking a shower with a cold draft. Even though the surrounding area is not the greatest we felt secure on the property. If the things we mentioned were fixed we would stay here again.

Pros: - Great location in a quiet area of Koreatown, with nice cafes and restaurants right around the corner, an easy 10-min Lyft to Crypto.com Arena - Sparkling-clean rooms, with excellent housekeeping services - Coffee and mini-fridge in rooms - We barely heard noises from other rooms, unlike some reviews - When we needed to reheat some leftovers late at night, the sweet security guard took us down to the staff microwave Cons: - Although I had called in advance to confirm that early check-in should be possible, the front desk staff couldn't tell us when we arrived around 12:30 p.m. whether a room would be free even by 2 p.m. - The supposedly queen-size beds are more like a full. When we called downstairs to complain, staff informed us that the beds are "commercial queens." We have a queen at home and were much less comfortable on this bed. We were also informed that no rooms with two single beds were available. As well, our bed was sagging and the pillows were lumpy.

wow!! I was super impressed with this hotel. Rooms were very large and included a mini fridge, coffee/tea. Very large bathroom and closet. Had enough room to open my large luggage. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I read a lot of complaints on how noisy this hotel was but surprisingly it was not noisy at all (maybe cause I requested a quiet area and stayed on the 5th floor). Room was very clean, no complaints. Location was great! Had lots of Korean food/grocery options. Parking was included which was a bonus as I did not want to pay for parking. Safe location. Highly recommend

I like this hotel. Stayed here 4-5 times. BUT now they are using lies and BS to fool you. When I arrived last Thursday, assured at front desk yes gym is open. Went and looked, and people were using at 7:30 pm. Went at 7:00 AM to use the gym, they had a BS yellow tape across the door, and a preprinted letter blaming LA County Health Dept. THAT is BS!!! I checked their web site AND called, "no there is no new changes." Seriously you want me to believe a county office worked at night and closed it down. The hotel didn't want to clean the gym on weekends so uses COVID to save money. I stayed here this time specifically because when I called they said "gym is open". Please stop the BS lying.

While LA's ever-changing mask mandates are undoubtedly a challenge Aventura Hotel has continued to falsely advertise a 24/7 gym and common areas for over two years while both remain closed. Worse yet, e-mail them or call and they'll tell you it "should be open" by your arrival date - in May 2021 and again February 22. Same sign, yellow tape and lies across 10 months while nearly every other hotel from LAX to Pasadena has reopened common areas. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice? Liars.

Well it is still a great location, especially if you're considering to visit local Korean restaurants in Ktown LA. I must say that it's been roughly 2.5 years, of course pre-covid days, but I was just completely shocked of the overall deterioration of the facility. On my last visit, the place was VERY clean and organized and I cannot deny the fact that it was the main reason for my re-visit there. However, the place has turned into one of the single star motel, which should cost well below $100.00 per night with its location considered. This place needs to be completely cleaned and renovated! It is just filthy! Do not get fooled by its rating people, I would just get a major name brand hotels nearby the downtown area. Hotel "Line" is okay, but it is way overpriced, tiny and noisy at night due to the bar on the lobby!

Most hotels in koreatown charges for parking, many as high as $50/night. We opted for this hotel as it’s fairly new and has a very modern feel to it. The hotel has an underground garage and parking is free. Check-in was smooth and they had my room key ready. Location: Many restaurants and massage spas within walking distance Noise: absolutely terrible. The walls are paper thin that you can hear your neighbor next door. We were on the 4th floor and from 3AM - 6AM, the guest above us would walk around and we can hear every footstep as loud as a bass drum which made it very difficult to sleep. Other than the noise, this hotel is great. We will definitely stay here again

I needed to be in Koreatown for a couple of nights and this place looked clean and the biggest perk was the free parking. Parking can be very expensive in LA, so I thought this was a steal. The check-in process was fine, the room was clean, bed was average. However... The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Both nights of my stay, there was yelling/screaming. Once coming from the hallway and once coming from a guest in the room next door. Both incidents happened, respectively, at 4 and 6am. My first night the front desk called me - without announcing who they were, to ask my name and what type of car I had, then hung up. As a female traveling alone, this made me uncomfortable. I called them back to make sure everything was okay and they stated that they misplaced my paperwork and I would need to come down and sign/initial again. I didn't and it was not brought up again. Overall, if you need/want to be in Koreatown, this place is fine and inexpensive for the area. Otherwise, stay elsewhere. I live in So Cal and wish I would have chosen Burbank as it is a nicer area with better quality hotels for near the same price. Seriously the walls at this place are paper thin and if you're a light sleeper, it would do you better to find better quality.
