We checked in quite late one evening in March. Despite struggling with lots of luggage the receptionist did not come round to open the door but carried on watching TV. No welcoming advice given about facilities or time of breakfast etc. Quite rude really. Room totally shabby from the outside - the door number was cracked, lots of paintwork missing...

Currently undergoing renovation in common areas. Rooms were nice, clean, and roomy. Parking is under the hotel and spaces are tight, so we parked on a side street. Breakfast was basically cold cereal, a few muffins and some fruit.

Wifee and I had just got in from food shopping and were actually booked at The Wave hotel next door. We had all these perishable groceries as they advertised a refrigerator in the room, but there was none. Stroke of luck the front desk clerk from Crimson was visiting at the Wave front desk and they had a room. Since...

This is the worst hotel anyone could stay in, it is extremely run down, the breakfast isnt much of a breakfast, the juice isnt even real juice, they only have croissants and watered down juice that tastes expired, the front desk girls are rude and dont even have any idea of what they are doing. On my check out date...

Would not recommend. Pay the extra and find somewhere better. I won't just bash them since I never stayed. I had already paid with my package but was denied my booking. I just don't believe they really tried to resolve my issue and basically was just told to deal with who ever I booked with. So just the way the...

We booked a room here to stay the night to break up our flight on the way to and from Hawaii. They advertised a free shuttle. We even emailed them the week before we left and were told the shuttle ran until 9:00. We arrived at LAX and called them at 5:00 and was told the shuttle only ran until...

We stayed here to have a place to sleep after going out on NYE. It is clean and nice and the desk clerk was very sweet. This is not the four seasons, but it is great for a budget hotel. I would say it is above a Best Western. The rooms were recently renovated and the decor was quite lovely....

Extremely unfriendly staff. Being fluent in Spanish I could understand them talking about my mom and I behind our backs. Beyond unprofessional. I originally booked a 2 night stay. Our flight was canceled to LA and trying to get a refund is impossible. I called to cancel the first night before their 6 PM cancelation deadline. I have personally gone...
