We are producing a charity bike ride and will be driving a small enclosed truck to carry 50 cyclist's bags and I was told by Suzanne who answered the hotel's phone, that trucks are not allowed in the parking lot. Is that true? If so the website is wrong as it specifically says truck parking.

There seemed to be several truck in the parking lot of people that were there on construction business. There is a Walmart across the street and you could also use that for parking if need be.
