My wife and I stayed here one night on road trip that took us to Yosemite for the day. We arrived late, but from reading the reviews I knew there'd be a chalkboard with my name on it and a key for me somewhere (it was in the door). We stayed in room #8 (of 8 or 9), which is...

Spent two nights here while exploring Yosemite Valley. The room and bathroom were very small but also very clean and comfortable. It is just off the main street in Mariposa so very convenient for eating, drinking and strolling while still being quiet and restful. Excellent breakfast, the fresh fruit salad and pancakes were very much appreciated!

We found the room to be cozy with a very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was really great with presumably self-made muesli, lots of fruit, coffee, tea, bagles, jam and cream cheese. We used the River Rock Inn as a base for Yosemite and not only found this to be a great choice in Mariposa, but also...

This 1941 Motel with adjacent 1880s house has been nicely renovated, with lovely decor and quality furnishings. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and the homemade continental breakfast is excellent. A nice quiet location a block off Highway 140. Perfect for exploring this Gold Rush town and the surrounding area, or as gateway to Yosemite National Park, about 1...

We stayed here for one night after Yosemite - the room was okay even the bathroom was very small (very tall people may have some problems to take a shower...). Breakfast is included but is not that good.

The check in was super easy. We arrived a little late, but the room assignments were on a chalkboard outside of the office. We were on our honeymoon so Jill sent us champagne and orange juice for us to have mimosas. So cute! The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. The bagels were great! Everyone we talked to was so...

We stayed here for one night before traveling on to Yosemite. The room was small and the bathroom/shower was even smaller. I was a little upset about the price of the room given the size and its furnishings. However the room was clean and they offered a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Also check-in and check-out was a breeze.

We arrived after spending the day at Yosemite. The place was closed but a chalk board with room numbers and instructions was there to give us all the info we needed. WIFI instructions as well. The room was cosy with everything necessary for a great night's sleep. In the morning, there was a continental breakfast ready in the restaurant. We...

I really liked the check inn procedure: we arrived there quite late And we found the instruction written on a poster at the bar. The room itself was a bit old but it is totally ok for one night. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, with muesli and fat free yogurts, unusual to find in these kind of motels. The staff...
