We just returned from our stay at the Headlands Inn Bed & Breakfast. We've stayed there annually for the past five years and I feel that I truly must share how great this place is! The inn is well maintained and our room is always spotless. It's tastefully decorated (not frilly or fru-fru like some B & B's). Every time...

We booked Annie's Room as it was the only one left when we originally made reservations, and from reviews this sounded like a lovely B&B. Annie's Room had a decent size private bath, but the room itself was pretty small. The bed was not that comfortable and it was impossible to move in the bed without it squeaking or hitting...

I can't say enough good things about the Headlands Inn. The people who run it are incredibly nice and knowledgable of the town. I wanted to make reservations at a particular restaurant while there for our 10th anniversary, but I couldn't remember the name. From description alone the Headlands Inn was able to identify the restaurant and knew that they...

My girlfriend and I wanted to find something to do for a one night get-a-way. She decided to plan it and she hit a home run with the Headlands Inn! I told her my number one issues were cleanliness and service and she did great on both counts. We arrived earlier than check in time and wanted to see what...

We stayed last weekend at this lovely inn and have nothing but raves about the place. It's the perfect in-town location where you can walk to everything. Gorgeous room, incredible breakfasts (see my photos!) and wonderful inn-keepers (Kellie is a little spitfire : ) It blows my mind there are people kvetching about the breakfast timing issues - this is...

We stayed two nights in Headlands Inn in December 2012. We had a beautiful room and every morning we got our delicious breakfast to our room and could enjoy the beautiful scenery through the garden to the sea. In the evenings the smell of the freshly baked ginger breads was welcoming us back from our walks in a beautiful seaside...

We spent our 25th Anniversary with Denise, Mitch and Kellie. The service we received compares to nothing else. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was just superb, and we had so much fun with the other guests. Denise was an angel, always ready to suggest places to see and never too busy to stop and visit. Our trip was the best...

We stayed with Denise and Mitch at their quiet, charming, attractive B&B in 2006 for Christmas and this year (2012) we decided to return, also for Christmas. Their friendliness, respect for our privacy and general helpfulness was as genuine and easygoing as it was 6 yrs ago. The hot and filling breakfasts warmed us on the cold mornings - the...

Since 1998 I look forward to my "almost" annual stay at Headlands Inn. I've titled it My Solo Retreat. With my car packed for arts and crafts I arrive on scene and carry my assorted quilting, beading, drawing, paper art and journal to the Bessie Strauss Suite. For years this particular room, because of it's size and ocean view, has...

We flew into San Francisco and then made our way north along the California coast. We decided to spend the night in Mendocino and found the Headlands B & B. What a great place to stay. Friendly, helpful hosts who made our stay very pleasant. Our room was on the main floor and was nicely furnished and the bed was...
