This cottage in Australian dollars cost $311 for one night. The cottage itself was very outdated, reminded me of someones granny's house. The decor was old fashioned, the bathroom small, the water came from a well so the water had an orangish hue as did the bath towels. It had a second bed which is what we paid, but it was...

The Sweetwater Inn and Spa is a great choice for a Mendocino visit. Sited on Main Street (but a block away from the retail commercial area), the location is convenient and quaint. There's a very short walk to all the retail, service (cafes, restaurants) and scenic opportunities (Headlands hike, beach access) Mendo offers. We stayed in the historic Victorian home...

We stayed in Rosie's room for three nights. One short flight of stairs to the room. The Inn was so clean. An easy walk to all of the sights in Mendocino, restaurants. We did not have an ocean view, but for the little time we were in the room, no problem. The room itself is big enough for two, and...

The River Gate room is very comfortable with a fireplace, heaters, full bathroom, very comfortable bed and two windows on Main Street with a view of the Pacific. This place is known for its private spas and its proximity to the "community" (read open to the public) clothing optional hot tub. We didn't use either but we found our location...

We returned to the Redwood Cottage again this year. It's a lovely little cottage hand-crafted with love. The kitchen has good pots, pans and knives. The best part is the private deck with a large hot tub. We bring our dog. They provide a basket with dog cookies, dog towels, .. especially for their canine guests.

This place is a great little place in Mendocino as well. The home feels nice and comfy. My room had a great view of the ocean and church with a nice fireplace in my room and my own bathroom. On the property they have a community hot tub or a private hot tub. The community hot tub is included with...

Well-run Inn. Not a B&B; each cottage has a kitchen. We walk everywhere in town, and staying indoors with a view isn't in our plan. Most of the units have a fireplace, and some have hot tubs. There is a Spa too, with massage, sauna, private hot tubs and a big public hot tub that needs repairs. Be careful.

Carl and Donna, Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience at Sweetwater Inn and Spa with fellow travelers. Since your stay the large redwood hot tub has had extensive repair and we are just about to start serving fresh baked pastries to have with your coffee and tea in the morning. Just waiting for the baskets...

My husband and I booked to stay here while on our honeymoon road trip up the West Coast of the USA. It was the nicest stay of our trip. The room was large, clean comfortable, had kitchen amenities and Netflix! The staff were helpful, welcoming and thoughtful. Location is great with being only a few minutes away from shops /...

Sweetwater Spa is charming in a 70's Mendocino sort of way. We booked an hour in the private hot tub and sauna suite. We enjoyed the charm of the outdoor hot tub and shower and the sauna was delicous, but the place could use a serious upgrade. The shower barely worked, and the tile and redwood was old and fusty....
