I spent two nights here last week for a company meeting and this is a nice property but it is more like a "motel". The rooms are small but they really have tried to make it trendy and feel like an aLoft type hotel which is nice but @ $375/night it made me want to choke. Everything is about location...

Hi Kyle, Thank you for your review of our hotel and I am hope you were able to enjoy the hotel amenities. I know your group was kept busy, out early and back late! We understand coming from another state can be shocking and I can assure you our rates are very competitive to Silicon Valley hotels. Warm regards, Gary...

We booked this hotel at last minute via Expedia. It had pretty good reviews and I totally agree. The front desk manager who checked us in was really nice to check if she could give us a room which is towards the back of the property and where it is quieter. She could and we really appreciate that. The Hotel...

Hi Leewen, Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your stay. Brittany is amazing and I am happy that you were taken care of. I was very lucky to come into a hotel with a great staff and she is definitely a star co-worker. We also appreciate that you mentioned the beds. I have shopped for...

Great staff service and the food and beverage service was wonderful. The best mattress in a hotel I've ever had. The only issues I had were the hair dryer did not work and the wake up service that you enter your time to wake up on did not call us to wake us up but I had also used the...

Hi Christine, Thank you for your comment and I am so sorry that you did not receive your wake up call. I also know that the safety button on our hairdryers can deactivate the power and hope that the staff were able to fix it. Best regards, Gary Sterman

The Hotel Lucent has big, clean and updated rooms with mini-fridges and Keurig machines, great complimentary breakfast, a lap pool, a fire pit, fitness center, and a comfortable indoor-outdoor lounge. It's ideally located near a CVS, Staples, and Safeway, for all your office supply, toiletry, and snacking needs. It's well within walking distance of the center of Menlo Park, which...

In town for football game. Easy walking distance to Stanford Shopping Center/Campus/Stadium. Good value in area of higher priced hotels. Front Desk staff friendly and responsive to guest requests. A late check out was graciously accommodated and bags were stored since our flight out wasn't until early evening.

Great place to stay, clean, and comfortable. The giant hot tub is awesome and the free breakfast is great. The beds are comfortable, but they are double beds, if you get a room with two beds. I don't want to share this because then everyone will find out this great place!

We were excited to find the reviews matched the excellent accommodations we received. It was quiet, close to all our events, and next door to the grocery store. We loved the poo table. The staff at the reception desk, the cleaning staff, and breakfast crew and the checkout person were all excellent; we had no glitches in the reservations, check-in,...

This place doesn't have a fancy chain name but what a wonderful place. Had all the amenities one could need, a close walking distance to lots of food choices, late night shopping, and Stanford Campus.
