The staff are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. They will refuse to give out the corporate number, telling guests to look it up online. These people will refuse service for ANY REASON, including the basis of race, age, color, size, and creed. They are illegally refusing service to people, turning them away, knowing full well that there is no...

We rented one of there camping cabins which was pretty good. They need to build another bath house since it was packed every time we went there. The lady at the front desk could ha e been a little better with people.

As with most KOA's it is easy to make a reservation, the intake process is simple and the site is well suited to put a tent on. It was a bit further then I had expected. While 23 miles to the entrance to actually get to places of interest in the park it took about an hour.

It is an above average facility but the customer service is probably the worst that I have encountered in my 20+ years of traveling. When I made the reservation, the person did NOT disclose the cancellation policy until AFTER I made the reservation. We went to the office a few times to get local information and it was like talking...

We made reservations 5 months in advance for a 5 night stay in July 2016. As our trip across country progressed, we were having problems with the thermostat in our RV, so we decided to turn around at Las Vegas and go home. I called 4 days before we were supposed to be there to cancel the reservation, and they...

Great location, about 30 minutes from Yosemite, good clean attractive site, neat facilities. Nice pool, restrooms and laundry, had hairdryers which was a nice touch. RV spots fairly tight so site felt a bit cramped and staff are not very friendly. Other campers thought the same.

We recently stayed at this location in our RV given its proximity to Yosemite and availability of the YARTS bus service into the park. We found the accommodations tasteful and accommodating to our needs. The RV sites are somewhat close to one another but we'll manicured and maintained. We tried both the pizza, ice cream and fudge for sale in...

This is a nice, clean and attractive campground. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the sparkling clean pool. The bathrooms/showers were clean and well maintained. The store had a great selection of food items, as well as some other things you might find yourself in need of, all at reasonable prices. There was also a nice selection of souvenirs. The ice cream...

Spent two nights in a basic cabin, which was - well, basic! Not bad, as it was reasonably comfortable, had heat and electricity, and a nice porch with swing. However, there were cobwebs all over the front and the planter boxes off the porch were full of weeds and cigarette butts. Note: other cabins had nice green plants. The view...

We stayed at Yosemite West . Mariposa KOA in May 2016 for two nights. The campground has full hook-ups and is situated on a hill. However, the sites were fairly level and were gravel. Access for big rigs was a little tight however. The proximity to Yosemite was great and the small town of Mariposa was about 7 miles away....
