The view was awesome, We stayed in one of the cabins, It was nice, it just needed all the spiderwebs to be cleaned ,its a cabin with high ceilings and for comfort that needs to be addressed. There was no curtain or blinds on the glass door to the room. and it was extremely hot , when paying the price...

My mom and I drove up to Lassen National Park for a couple of days and spent the night in Childs Meadow Resort. It was clean, quiet and friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely return there.

This Resort has no TV no Wifi very rustic rooms the view is spectacular. The Inn keepers are just like a good friend you haven't seen in years. Don't stay here if you expect everything you have at home stay here if you want to spend quality with the ones you care about. We brought a laptop to watch movies...

I stayed in cabin 10 which was clean and the mattress on springs was surprisingly comfortable. There is a kitchenette with sink but no sink in bathroom. That's the good news. I had no hot water, which if they had told me on check in instead of in morning when I told them, could have been remedied by flipping a...

Looked like a nice place @ first.........but upon closer inspection, it was rather run down, cluttered, dirty/sticky doors & handles & stinky. And when making a purchase of a bag of crushed ice, & 3 single sodas, it came to over $12......excuse me....... The woman cashier looked me up & down as if I offended her with just my mere...

We are bicycle touring the northwest staying in motels. This motel doesn't have a great exterior or property but the room is very clean and it is better than sleeping along the side of the road or paying the Highlands Resort across the road $420/night. The positives: clean room, good water pressure in sink and shower, good lighting in room...

Minimalist rooms without TV, phone, or wifi. Rooms were clean but bare. Great proximity to Lassen National Park. They are also pet friendly. Owners run the cafe with tasty, reasonably priced breakfasts and are very friendly.

We stayed 2 days in this resort, they did not even provide a photo of the room when we called. But since we were booking last minute we did not have an option. We were staying in a 2 room house but the surrounding of the house and even the house was poorly maintained. We could not even switch on...

I and my friends stayed here because Lassen Mineral Lodge get our booking record wrong. We got a cabin with one queen bed downstairs, two mattresses upstairs (no trolley beds allowed), a small living room and a kitchen. The place was a bit rusty like other comments said and for the price I would expect a slightly larger cabin with...

Good: location is not too far out of Lassen Park (which was FULL). It has showers. We tent camped and the site was large and nobody else was there. Not so Good: Bathrooms in general could use some attention. While grateful for showers, we also felt terrible that the shower heads/faucets were leaking. No bear box at campground. Water spigot...
