There is a seediness about this motel that won't quit. The rooms are tidy and ample, but there is the smell of deodorant that tells you that they have to work hard to keep the place up. But the cost is low, and the conveience is substantial, in several ways. It is barely five minutes away from SFO, and they...

While we respect the views of all guests, we find it necessary to respond to reviews which inaccurately represent our property. Our hotel is not seedy in any respect as clearly indicated by other reviews written about our property. All rooms have been completely remodeled with all new guest room furniture. All guest bathrooms have been completely redone featuring large...

The room was really clean and comfortable and very close to the BART system. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The staff was great and the breakfast that was included with the room charge was really good.

Our flight was cancelled in San Francisco due to weather after flying from Thailand. We were very upset but our stay at The Dylan was fantastic. Clean rooms, comfortable setting, wonderful staff, and close to subway. If I go back west I will stay here again

Need a hotel for transit overnight in San Francisco so its proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle are the key factors I chose this hotel. Room is very clean. Mattress is comfortable. Water pressure of the shower is adequate. The hotel description says the room comes with continental breakfast. Varieties of food provided are out of my expectation....

The Dylan runs a very smooth operation getting travellers in and out of SFO. Recently, when storms threatened on the East Coast, they helped me stay the necessary extra day without missing a beat. Special Thanks to Mike and Lajos!

Clean rooms, great bathroom/shower, quiet, free parking and most importantly a great comfortable "feel". It feels like home every time I stay. Located next to everything you would need, including walking distance to BART. For sports or TV lovers they have big flat screens with ALOT of channels (satellite package-love it) all the sports games, etc. David in the front...

I must admit that the Dylan is one of the oddest places I have ever stayed - and I say this in a very good way. The hotel is more of a motel on the outside, and is located one exit before the airport. They provide a free shuttle to the airport throughout the day. They are two exits from...

Stayed for one night on business prior to catching a flight home. Location is excellent if you're flying out, rooms are renovated, clean and well appointed. Staff was helpful, shuttle to the airport was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying here the night before an early morning flight. The shuttle picked us up and in less than 10 minutes we were at the airport. Upon getting our luggage and watching the shuttle drive away my husband realized that he didn't have his briefcase, which had all of our travel documents inside. A quick call...

Good quality, clean, friendly hotel. 10 minutes from SFO with reliable 24hr shuttle service. 5 min walk to BART (Millbrae). City center is a bit far - in total 40 mins including walking and waiting at BART, but the price is much lower than in the city. Breakfast reasonable. Wi fi free and very fast and reliable. Staff and reception...
