Your staff is great, but this hotel is very old and run down. I will not stay here unless other newer properties are sold out. I'm surprised this property was not renovated years ago. My ceiling had obvious issues and the repair was clearly visible, plus my bed would periodically shake (not sure why)

I stayed here while on business travel. Very good location and although the hotel is outdated and older the staff was great and overall grounds are charming. The food from Brandon's the onsite restaurant was AMAZING! I ordered room service and it was super quick and delicious and the server that brought up my meal had wonderful customer service skills!

Make sure you have a credit card because they will not give you any keys until they can secure $50 for "incidentals" on a credit card. I arrived after a 4 hour drive with my daughter and then it took another hour to check in because of this policy. I offered $100 for them to hold but no...not acceptable. The... More

The smell in the lobby was very unpleasant. That really turned me off to the hotel. We came in and out a few times and it really hit me each time. Room was big but out dated. No small fridge to keep cold water in.

I took a last minute trip to the San Jose area and wasn't sure where to stay. I was glad I chose The Beverly Heritage Hotel. They were friendly and clean and I was very comfortable staying alone. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. I forgot my toiletries, but they had them on hand. I... More

Hotel staff was excellent. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. Lots of room to move around. It is outdated but was so clean it didn't bother me. There was a smell of old 1970's smoke in the room that was difficult to ignore. Would recommend if you're not sensitive to odd smells.

Rooms have a tired feel, although generally clean. Air conditioning is noisy. Brandon's food lacks variety, quality is reasonable. Serving staff are very friendly and helpful. Room costs have increased to over $200 per night, without breakfast. At his price the hotel does not offer good value for money.

This place has been around a long time. It's nice to see it's in such good shape! Does need a face lift though! My only real complaint was the room lighting automatically turning off at night. It cut the power to my desk, and my laptop ran its battery down.

The hotel was nice and I'm sure after the renovations it will be even better. My complaint was that they didn't offer room service, and I had a lot of trouble with the television (there were very few stations and out of the 15 or so station they offered about five of them either had no sounds or they went...
