I did not stay at the hotel but did enjoy a wonderful dinner. The atmosphere was great -- nice old wild west setting / steak house. Everyone who worked there was friendly which made it an enjoyable time. The food was above average - very good.

This hotel was featured recently on Hotel Impossible with Anthony Melchiorri, Direct TV, Channel 277. This is a charming story with a happy ending about a great hotel, great saloon, great people and a great town. Heartwarming. Check it out.

Feeling up to an adventure? This is a nice small town with a creaky old hotel attached to a great saloon and restaurant. You get to climb out the windows to sit on the balcony at night to watch the sunset. The saloon noise spills out to the font porch below you. No TV, no phone, no breakfast included. Dim...

I was traveling alone with my dog. I chose the hotel because it sounded unique and was also pet friendly. The only downfall of the property was the historic charm. This could be rated as good or bad. The floors in my room sloped quite a bit and floors were squeaky. Also, access to the balcony outside the room was...

I recently stayed at Hotel Ledger in the Lombardi room. We had a wonderful experience at this historic hotel and would absolutely recommend it to all of our friends! The hotel itself is beautiful with quaint rooms and a lovely pool/courtyard area. We had breakfast twice at the attached restaurant and dinner as well. I was especially impressed with the...

We stayed here for two nights in the Garamendi suite and loved the ambiance. The only reason I can't give it a rating of 4 or 5 is because it is old! The rooms are all furnished with genuine antiques and our bathroom sink was pretty worn. But, it was all in going with the historic "theme" of the place....

This was a wonderful place to visit. The hotel is the center of this lovely little town. From the second we stepped out of our car we were welcomed by the friendly locals. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are more than happy to share the stories of it's colorful past. The staff is very friendly and it has...

My friend had stayed at this property some years back so we went in just to see the hotel now. I went in to see the historic bar when a very nice gentleman, Chuck, asked me if I'd like a tour of the place. He took my friend and I on a tour that covered some of the rooms along...

Classic old-time western hotel. Most rooms are "bathroom down the hall." Not luxurious but quaint and charming. Very friendly staff. Pet-friendly. Great saloon and good restaurant on premises. Right in the center of this tiny, undiscovered, non-touristy gold-rush town. Swimming pool out back, and you need it if you are here in the summer!
