Finally, a lodging I can wholeheartedly recommend. This establishment was run by two very gracious hosts who really "get it". From hors d'oeuvres and wine in the evening as well as homemade cookies and milk in the afternoon , they also provide robes and lap blankets in the rooms. John did a thorough walk thru of all the inn had...

While a on a quick weekend trip to San Francisco, we stayed one evening at the Jabberwock Inn, and after meeting John and Dawn, getting a quick tour and then enjoying wine and hor'derves, we wanted to stay there the entire weekend! Wonderful hospitality, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast, a great start to an amazing weekend!!! Would definitely recommend...

We have just stayed at the Jabberwock Bed and Breakfast. We just thought it was great! Value for money is excellent - soft comfy beds, good bathrooms, plenty of space to relax. Breakfast is a delight - just come with a big appetite! Loved this nice, interesting place. Highly recommend!

Before traveling to Monterey, we spent a few days in Napa in a highly rated B&B. It was lovely and romantic and we thought we had found the ideal spot to spend part of our 25th anniversary getaway. And then we arrived at the Jabberwock and were blown away by its whimsy and beauty. Our hosts were gracious and unpretentious...

The Jabberwock welcomed us as family, in its Alice in Wonderland decorations. Dawn and John are wonderful guests. John took us for a tour around the house, and then to our room before we had a drink of wines with all the other guests which was very nice. Then they got out of their 2 baskets a whole lot of...

Our room was very comfortable. We were there for three nights. John and Dawn are wonderful. They helped us determine where to eat, confirmed reservations we had made prior to our arrival. A full breakfast, wine and snacks at 5pm and homemade cookies and milk at night. Evening wine and snacks was fun with other guests and John and Dawn...

We stayed overnight at the Jabberwock Inn in the Mome Rath room. We had a huge bed with the most comfortable sheets and pillows! John and dawn were fantastic hosts. John was very thorough with directions and any information we needed to know. Dawn was warm and took care of us like a mother would. This place is very unique...

We spent three nights at the Jabberwock Inn: the first two in the Wabe room and the third in the Mimsy. The beds were large and comfortable, able to accommodate a 6'3" frame (the one in the Mimsy did not have a footboard, which was nice). The Inn is set on a quiet street, but within an easy 5-minute downhill...

John &Dawn have created a warm, friendly atmosphere that draws even the most reticent person into conversation with other guests. They serve wonderful breakfasts, homemade cookies and milk in the afternoon, and wine and great munchies in the evenings. Good conversation, great food, what more could one ask? Oh, yes, the Aquarium! The Wharf and the Ocean! We stayed in...
