Well maintained motel. Friendly, helpful staff. Fruit was available in the reception area all day. We didn't get to the continental breakfast. It took the electric heater a while to warm the room, but then kept it comfortable.

Very clean room with 2 big comfy beds and very nice and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast and good location and walking distance to the wharf and around the corner from all the bars and restaurants.

I was a little nervous to stay here because of some of the recent negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking some dense greenery. The room came with a microwave, fridge, and Keurig. Complementary breakfast was served every morning and included, breads, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. Staff was friendly...

The rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable...I enjoyed the deck with outdoor tables very much..The staff was very friendly and I met the general manager named Ellen who gave me good ideas of things to do and places to dine...She suggested a lovely short walk to downtown Monterey ... There is even a babbling creek that the deck...

Hotel located right outside of historic downtown. Upon check-in we were offered cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and fruit which is out all evening. Within walking distance to the oldest US Government Building (5 minutes), if you are into history. Plenty of parking. Staff was so sweet and helpful. Our room had a frig, microwave, and Keurig coffee pot. The...

Terrible terrible terrible manager onsite! Very rude, liar, insensitive to handicap elderly people and not friendly to others of different ethnic backgrounds! Because my reservation was through Expedia, this manager told me that it was "not her problem" that the reservation for a handicap room was not in her notes. Instead of asking what can i do to help make...

The room was very clean and furnished with normal amenities - fridge, microwave, TV, hairdryer, Kurig coffeemaker, and ironing board, etc. Our...

This establishment has greatly exceeded our expectations! The staff is top notch and is happy to help with your every need. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities really make you feel at home. We really didn't expect to have a Keurig/K-cup coffee station, fireplace and a creek view (pretty relaxing to listen to in bed) for the price we...

Our family stayed one night in two rooms in transit here and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean & spacious. The motel is in a good location. The reception staff were friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.
