The Inn is older and frankly, needs upgrades badly. I think the current owners are trying. The exterior is charming but interiors need updating and sound proofing. Breakfast in the nearly 100-year old "home" onsite was wonderful. The hostess was a delight.
I have tried to make this my place to stop to enjoy the gentle energy of Mount Shasta to rejuvenate me when I travel. This little place is so unassuming that it is always a delight to stay here. The rooms are beautifully comfortable and the bed is something that I can melt…
This small inn has a 50’s vib, with a nice quaint look. The rooms have a sitting area as well as the bedroom. The continental breakfast includes freshly made waffles, good sliced melon plus the normal bread, cereal etc. Comfortable bed.

"Definitely get a room away from the main street. A bar is across the street and can get very loud."
"Room 1 is closest to Mt Shasta Blvd - best to avoid if you are a light sleeper (not that it's a busy road at night)."
"You will get better wifi closer to the office (rooms 2 - 6)."
"When we come back we would request a room with a king size bed as we heard they were a little bigger and had a sitting area. …0"
"In the back ad away form the road is the best option to avoid traffic noise."
