The Shasta Inn has lots of trees with cute and friendly squirrels. One area is built around a lovely tree. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is charming, plus free breakfast. We were 3 women with two double beds. There was a frig, microwave and coffee maker. We had a table on the boradwalk outside our door which...

Old & outdated & way over priced. Beds were comfortable but very dirty under the beds. Cob & spider webs in the corners. Coffee maker was dirty. Hot water took 10 minutes to reach the shower. Staff was friendly.

This cozy hotel is certainly recommended, especially considering it's so close to the freeway and Mount Shasta, if that's your purpose for travel. You won't regret it! - The lobby features a pool table, a big fireplace, and relaxing couches. Very, very cozy for in the (cold) evenings! - Wi-Fi is reliable, but no in-room phones available (so that means...

Our room was large and well accommodated, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the short walk into the "City" was pleasant. And it is only a ten minute drive to the great swimming in Lake Siskiyou! Birders will enjoy the acorn woodpeckers.

This was the third time we have stayed here. The first two times we took their least expensive rooms, the ones at the front of the building. They are small, but very clean and charming. This time we decided to spend a little more and got an upstairs room at the back building. It was great. Spacious, clean and charming....

We just needed a one-nite stay on our travels. It is a good value, clean and comfortable. We used our drink discounts at the lounge. There is no real restaurant at the motel, but many available in town. We settled for bar food and retired to our room. My only complaint is that the motel was only 1/3 full but...

We had to make a quick trip up to Weed and needed a hotel to stay just one night. I checked the reviews and decided to go with Shasta Inn. We checked in, and found our cute little single level (YEAH!) room in the courtyard. If I were traveling with my kids and needed the couch, I would have been...

This hotel is a very good value and solid choice for anybody wanting to stay in the area. While we didn't get a chance to throw the kids in the pool, it sure looked inviting. Rustic is a perfect description as this appears to be a well maintained older facility with rustic furnishings. There wasn't enough light in the room...
