My only complaint is that the office closes around 10 or so and nobody is there all night. It makes one stressed trying to get to town early before they close because its a hassle if you arrive later. They have free high quality granola bars, yogurt etc snacks in the rooms and office. Very nice if you want a...

Very nice and helpful reception. the rooms are exactly what you would expect from such a place, clean and nice, not more not less... Good location for Mt. Shasta trips or just for a night rest just off the hwy (but far enough not to hear it). However - the train that passes a few times during the night and...

This was one of the best parts of my last trip. Not because of the hotel, but because the hotel didn't bother me at all. The trains going by didn't bother me, the rooms where clean, the staff was very environmentally conscious, and the tap water was drinkable and delicious. I would have given it 5 stars on everything, but...

The room was spanking clean, the staff was very nice and efficient. We asked for an extra luggage stand and she seemed genuinely happy to get it for us. We found this room through the Tourist Info in town and the place booked up that night. We walked to the Goat Tavern for a nice dinner. A train did blow...

Great little motel. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly front desk staff. Highly recommend it. I will definitely go back. Coffee maker, flat screen TV, refrigerator in room made it very convenient.

This little inn was a good price for what you get, if I could choose a 3.5 star rating, I would. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Their continental breakfast was really small, and did not include hot food, however, the choices were surprisingly much better quality than the corn-syrupy super processed foods typical of other hotels. The...

If you need a place to stay in Mt Shasta consider this motel. The rooms are small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Looking out the bathroom window you can see Mt Shasta. Yes a train went by once in the night but didn't blow its whistle. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay 4 nights to get a better deal. There's a bar fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room. Breakfast is simple & no dining area, so you have to heat water for coffee and oatmeal back in your room. It's right on the road and opposite the train tracks which can be noisy at might. It's at the north end...

We've stayed at three motels in Mt. Shasta and this is by far the nicest. We really like the unit with the extra bedroom for our older son. A nice area for your pet. A nice breakfast with oatmeal and pastries. Good wifi. Lots of channels on tv. easy walk to downtown. There was no maid service our three days....

This was a great place for me as I have heaps of allergies to chemicals and this is a very MCS friendly place. It was clean and the beds were comfy....the staff was very helpful. My boyfriend got snowed in the first night so he couldn't pick me up at the train and the people there were very helpful getting...
