While the hotel's decor is very charming ---the amenities leave something to be desired. The room smelled....like a sweet bad air freshener smell......I could not figure it out and there were no other available rooms so I could not figure it out (realized the next morning I wondered if someone had vaped in the room because it was that faux...

So exceeded my expectations! We were greeted by Donn and we arrived early and he was able to allow us an early check in. We were booked for the week of Christmas to NYE and were not sure what to expect. From the amazing breakfast (cooked to order Omlettes, waffles and pancakes, fresh fruit, quinoa and all the other breakfast...

My family and I loved it so much staying here. The Front Desk Associate was super kind, funny, and attentive. (I don't recall his name, sorry.) Complimentary breakfast was delicious, the balcony to our room was refreshing & beautiful as well as everything else in this Hotel. Also, very convenient that it's located on El Camino, we were able to...

This hotel gave me the best sleep ever. I was not terribly sleepy when I lay myself on the bed, but I fell asleep in just seconds and wake up at 8 am the next morning. The hotel was also clean and looked and felt well maintained. The breakfast was most special. There was starbuck coffee. Some chef also cooked...

I had the most unsanitary hotel stay of my entire life when I stayed at Hotel Zico. The bathroom floor was covered in blood! Streaks of it everywhere. I didn't take close-ups of every stain. I was horrified. What's worse is that Miguel, the front desk manager, said that there was no blood in my room because they inspect their...

I've stayed here on business several times for between 1-2 weeks each time. Pros: All the front desk staff are very helpful. Every time I've had a problem or question, they have been efficient and professional. Donn in particular is always willing to go the extra mile to keep guests happy. - Free breakfast is better than most. Crispy, thick-cut...

This is a "car" hotel = It is certainly convenient, on Camino Real & near lots of main roads. There are not many amenities: no restraurant or bar, and there are not many places within walking distance so you will need to drive. But it is a fine business hotel with the basic facilities. The staff are friendly - including...
