I was looking for a place to stay in Napa that was economical for a family of 4 and Springfield Suites was perfect. The hotel is sparkling clean, the employees go out of their way to assist you, and the suite rooms are nice sizes. I had a conference work call and one of the staff members set up a workstation for me back by the conference area. That was incredible. Employees make a place and these staff members were always happy and ready to help. The downside to this hotel is that it is outside of the main Napa area out by the airport and there is nothing around except industrial buildings. The gym is also very small and has limited machines. The bar serves limited drinks and there is no food on the property besides breakfast. The hotel does have Tesla chargers which was a huge plus to be able to charge for free. I would definitely stay here again. …
We came in at around 9:00 at night and were checked in by the lovely Dru. She was dealing with a difficult guest while we were waiting and despite their disrespect and the time of day, she kept a fantastic attitude and was nothing but kind. This is the kind of service a hotel should be proud to offer! It was my partner and I's anniversary and she very enthusiastic and even gave us a small bottle of wine to celebrate! She was in the middle of dealing with some very rude people but still made the time to honor us and make us feel welcome. Thank you again Dru!
Awesome place to stay! Employees are so friendly and helpful, makes it a comfortable place to stay. Clean rooms, plenty of parking, nice pool, and restaurant. Great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!
By far, one of the most expensive springhill suites I've ever seen. But hey, welcome to Napa! It's tough to find anything affordable in Napa these days, but this hotel was about as good a Marriott options as the area allowed. Located a bit outside of Napa (15-20 min drive), but close enough that you're still next to all the action. Hotel is a bit off the main road, enough that it's quiet with not much development around it. Not a high hotel, and sprawls a bit with a nice pool area and firepit in the middle. Parking is convenient and free, though you may have a small walk to the front desk if you're parked far. Decent size lobby, check-in was a bit slow but maybe had relatively new staff member. Rooms can be a hike as well (since the property sprawls), but the rooms are decently appointed (typical budget hotel but comfortable). Decent size room, wi-fi worked well. Bathroom is a bit small, but workable. Morning breakfast was decent, typical Marriott budget fare but really enjoyed the walnuts and chocolate (designed for oatmeal, but makes a good snack). Overall, will be back for the affordability.…
Stayed here with a large group for a nearby wedding. Pros: decent location - it was close to our beautiful wedding venue Breakfast included- coffee and breakfast adequate but not as good as most Marriott hotels Prices with the room block were reasonable for a decent room Cons: front desk workers were very unfriendly, could care less about customer service Never acknowledged our status as titanium (for both me and my husband) plus the fact that we had brought in 10-14 room bookings with our friends/family They messed up nearly every bill - charged the credit cards that were supposed to be for incidentals only, didn't charge the card we specified then made it extremely difficult for us to get the charges reversed - the people we needed to talk to were never available - three stars only because the location is good and the rooms were clean…
I enjoyed the hotel however all they play is jazz music. I was on central time. Got up early and went down to lobby to let others sleep. Only one there. I ask if they could play something else or nothing so I could read. Was told that Marriott said that is what is to be played. Went outside and same thing playing. No place quiet except room. No variety in music. Only improvisational jazz all 4 days. Like nails on a chalkboard.
It was a family weekend getaway for three nights at the Napa Valley. We stayed at the Marriott ' s Spring Hill Suites at Napa which was conveniently located for our tour of Napa wineries and nearby attractions .Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast on the house was a value add which we appreciated. The rooms were well designed , maintained and we liked the extra fittings in the bathroom for the safety of senior citizens. The staff members were very courteous and always available to answer any query. Overall ,a very enjoyable stay with good value for money.
If you are looking for a beautiful Napa escape, I highly recommend this hotel! The outdoors with the Waterfall and Firepit, add for the perfect way to wind down. The staff is extremely helpful and always saying hello as you walk through the property! Breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean and VERY comfortable beds!!! I can't wait to go back!
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was sort of tight but we had everything we needed a microwave, small refrigerator, a desk and small sitting area. The grounds had big beautiful flowers and a fire pit sitting area that we enjoyed a couple evenings. The coffee and breakfast available was not to our tasting and we went out for breakfast every morning. But it would be convenient for those who do enjoy it.
This place exceeded expectations! The property was lovely, felt almost like a resort. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was really good. Nice to be near the wineries but not *too close...still felt quiet and out of the way. I'll be back!
