We loved our stay at the Silverado Resort and Spa! The staff here is really amazing and goes out of their way to be helpful. We went over the weekend 2/4-2/5 and unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but even with that bad weather you can see that the grounds are really nice. When we checked in, the staff members had a shuttle bus show us to our room because it was far. They also offer the shuttle service if you want to drive back to the mansion or to the market. I spoke with Scott to get recommendations for wineries to visit and places to eat and mentioned it was my husband’s birthday, he was so helpful and even gave him a small gift! We were blown away with his service. We found a winery based on his list that he gave us. We also had our toddler with us and the staff was really kind with him, some places aren’t so kid friendly in Napa. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to coming back again!…
Exceptional experience at the Silverado resort! We stayed at a beautiful 1 bedroom, full kitchen condo. The golf view was so serene and bright to wake up to every morning as well as the sunset from the back step in the evening. Impeccably clean, comfy bed and prompt service at your fingertips. Golf was outstanding! Pools were outstanding. Can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. They made us feel special and taken care of. Hope to be back someday!
The service at this resort is spectacular from the start. The staff at the main building were all so helpful – they really set a wonderful tone at the start of the stay. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and immaculate. We had breakfast at The Grill and the food was delicious (shout out for the brussels sprouts!). There are complimentary Tesla charging stations which was a great added bonus. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night so we didn’t get to try the amenities (fitness center, spa, heated pools) but given everything else we experienced, I’m sure those amenities are fantastic as well. This resort is certainly worth the splurge!
My company spent two days at the resort for a work retreat. We had a great time on the back deck before entering the ballroom for an amazing buffet dinner. The amount of choices was amazing. The food tasted great. We had karaoke and dancing to end the evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I especially enjoyed a morning walk along the golf course.
From the greeting on the front drive, to check in and service at the restaurants, I had an excellent stay. Despite the cool weather, my room was cozy and warm. The Grill had a really nice breakfast. The bar in the mansion was fun and lively as I walked back to my room from a wonderful event in the ballroom.
My husband and I stayed with another couple in a 2-bedroom suite for a special birthday weekend but we were sorely disappointed. Our suite was so far from the hotel entrance and facilities. It’s a 5-10 minute drive so it’s too far to use the pool, gym, or charge our car. The parking gate to our suite was not working when we returned at midnight. None of our keycards worked and our 2 cars were trapped outside. We had to drive to the hotel lobby where they were not even surprised. Not even one apology for the inconvenience. They gave us a code to use instead of the key card because they said the gate always malfunctions. The should either fix it or supply the code in advance to everyone instead of wasting our time. Then, in the early morning, we were woken up by the loud gardeners mowing the golf course! The hotel needs an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were thin and old. Wouldn’t recommend staying at Silverado.…
Pretty much low end apartments turned into a basic hotel. Very disappointing for a stay in Napa. Lower your expectations-you'll only get the bare minimum (e.g., clean, good heating) . I wont be staying again for this price point.
The staff as always were super helpful and friendly. Every time we have been to Silverado, we have been impressed the facilities, the beauty and the great attention to detail that is a hallmark of the resort and its impressive staff of professionals.
Hardest bed gives you sore muscles. This place needs desperately needs an upgrade. Thankfully I only stayed here for a night and didn’t have to suffer these uncomfortable beds for too long. Please change the mattresses.
Beautiful views of nature and great food at the grill. I love the wine tasting course I attended, it was marvelous and enjoyable stay here! The resort is very close to the oxbow market, that has a great oyster bar as well!
