This hotel truly has it all. Works for so many types of trips! Free valet and a glass of champagne are the best way to check in, followed by the front desk receptionist, Maraiah, who went above and beyond in helping me feel welcome and special. It was my cousin’s bday and she suggested we worked together to surprise him with champagne and macarons. Very thoughtful! View from the clean hotel room was gorgeous, even in the rain, and my cousin’s kids had a blast ice skating. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped with setting up my cousin’s party at the Village Bistro, but he really did a fabulous job, even being so helpful when we forgot sharpies and name placards. The bartenders and wait staff at the party were all perfection, too. Delicious espresso martinis! If you’re looking for a good place to host your next get-together, whether it’s a family party, romantic getaway, or relaxing solo vacation, I would absolutely recommend the Grand Reserve. And don’t forget to have brunch at Olive and Hay, too! Their crispy potatoes were out of this world.…

Hotel's Favourite
Vista Collina is a resort-within-a-resort (the Meritage). Walk among the vines, and be sure to see the grape crusher sculpture. Dinner at Olive and Hay restaurant was excellent. A shout-out to Wael for his great customer service.

Amazing experience with Gina Del Prete the Conceirge at the Grand Reserve at the Meritage. She handled our entire stay, scheduled all Winery visits and excellently suggested amazing dinners and lunches. Not a beat was missed. Most importantly she took the time ahead of our trip listening to what was important to us and discuss options. There are people who do their jobs and people who own them. Gina not only owned the job but loves what she does and it showed. Excellent service, attentive listener and outstanding results. Highly recommend Gina’s services!

The grand reserve was one of the best places I’ve ever spent New Years at In my life. I planned a nice trip for me and my girlfriend to spend New Years and it was a absolute success. I want to Especially Thank all the staff Paul and Gina del prete she went over and beyond and made our trip amazing we got to the room and there was flowers, chocolate Covered strawberries, Rose petals and candles it was beyond amazing thank you so much for making our New Year’s wonderful I will definitely be going back there

What beautiful grounds at the Grand Reserve. The best way to ring in the New Year by far. Lead concierge Gina D. was so helpful in making reservations for us and paid great attention to detail in making sure that our suite was personally decorated for my partner and I celebrating our first New Years together. Cannot wait for summer 2023 live bands in the courtyard and great food. I will be returning for some pool time later this year.

I had an absolute magical experience for my birthday. Gina Delprete was so helpful and so kind helping me figure out the plan for my birthday. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think my birthday would have been as special without the ice skating an the igloo we were able to reserve. Such a positive loving person who is very attentive and had so many suggestions for our little trip.

Had an excellent time at Merry Meritage celebrating my friends birthday on New Year’s Eve. Had an amazing igoo experience at the ice rink booked by the amazing concierge Gina. If you need anything I definitely recommend going to her. She made it a memorable experience. Will definitely be coming back.

It was a lovely stay and I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of red wine in room from their winery, “Trinita’s Cellars”. Guest service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly during the holidays. My view of the ice rink from balcony amongst the vineyards in the distance was a sight to see. Thank you meritage!

The Resort is nice and Aaron at check in was very helpful. It was hard to book a reservation at the resort but he set up reservations for Olive and Hay, and helped us with our luggage’s too. I think it would be nice if the resort had room service after 9pm or at least longer if the restaurants are busy.
