Great location new property , very friendly staff ! Highly recommend ! Rooms were very large and spacious . The tall rainfall shower was just the thing needed . Bartenders were pleasant and they have happy hour . I would recommend for solo , friends , and group trips. Lots of additional add on for the room to specialize you’re trip and make it fit perfectly t for you !
Overall, a nice stay. The Good - The room was perfectly clean, the bed comfortable, and the pillows offered a great selection. The window shade was awesome. The room was utterly dark. Each time there was a problem, the hotel more than made up for the lapse. When the shower door was leaking, maintenance left two darling, chocolate hammers for us, so that we knew they had been there. On another occasion, they provided coupons for two drinks. The lobby is, warm and beautiful. It is inviting and a good place to meet someone. If you're considering this hotel in Napa, go for it! You won't be disappointed. The Bad - The furniture layout made it very awkward to reach the shade pulley. The sofa should be swapped out with the built-in luggage rack. The directions for streaming TV were incomprehensible. There was a leak around the shower door, leaving a large puddle of water on the floor. We mopped it up with towels, but it was a danger for slipping. It also could damage their new floors and go through the ceiling. We notified reception and they promised to have maintenance take a look. Apparently this was a common problem with this style of door, and the hotel was trying to cope. The Ugly - when we checked in, the charming receptionist told us all about the hotel and since we were staying 3 nights, asked if we would like our room serviced. I asked for clean towels and removal of rubbish after the first night. It was Christmas day and we were out all day into the evening. When we came back, there was nothing more appealing than a hot shower. Upon walking into the room, we were disappointed to find that nothing had been done. Since I always fold and place all used towels on the shower floor, we didn't even have a clean towel in the room. My husband went and got some and emptied the trash himself. To be fair, they were deeply apologetic and embarrassed, but it didn't fix the problem.…
We needed a comfortable, pet friendly and affordable place to stay while visiting family in the North Bay Area. We couldn’t have found a more perfect hotel centrally located to everything - Target, Home Goods, healthy food, bakeries/treats, grocery stores, gas and more! Cambria is modern, very clean, the bed & bedding were super comfortable and their customer service was amazing! It was nice to come back at the end of each day with plenty of parking spaces to choose from in close proximity to the entrance. After a certain time in the later evening, your room key is needed to open the main sliding glass doors to the lobby. We appreciated the extra measure of security and felt safe knowing only guest(s) had access. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and cheerful during the Christmas holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay again in the future!! …
Very clean and beautiful place, neve American burger , good price, restaurant bar very nice and comfortable , all atendente are happy people, Nice to go with family, we will go back to Napa test wines and this will be our hotel again
They had a friendly staff and our room was great. Modern and comfortable. Central location to downtown Napa and within 10 min we were visiting the wineries. I felt incredibly safe and welcomed. Would definitely stay again
The hotel was wonderful, very clean, the beds comfortable, and the personnel pleasant and accommodating. I loved the beddings and towels. We tried both deserts available at the restaurant and they were both delicious. We did not have breakfast there, so I cannot comment on food. We were particularly happy with the EV charger, which was a surprise.
Stayed for 1 night for a business trip. Hotel room is newer and nicely decorated and clean. Price was reasonable for Napa as well. Location is convenient to the river and downtown restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was a modern vibe in and of itself! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and expedient… every person from the GM, front desk, and maintenance. The room & bathroom were clean and well stocked. I will most definitely stay there when visiting Napa again!
First of all, let me say we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new and the staff is professional, responsive and welcoming. The hotel is one of the more affordable options for the area. However, there were a few things that took away from the stay and would make us look elsewhere. We booked a parlor suite. The suite was comfortable enough, not luxurious but had everything you needed with a few exceptions. The bed was comfortable. But the street noise, wow! The windows don't keep out the traffic noises very much if at all. You can hear every vehicle whirring by, and there a lot of them since it is right on one of the main streets through town. We asked if we could be moved to a room facing the courtyard but were told that all of the parlor suites face the road - so we had a choice of less room or possibly more quiet (would we hear other noises on the other side??) It was so bad that I had a radio interview and rescheduled for when I could be in my own home. Besides the noise, here are a few more things to take into account: they still have kinks to work out (like our walk in shower leaked ALOT onto the bathroom floor), it is missing nice to haves like a stand for your suitcase or a hook for your towel in the little room that holds the toilet and walk-in shower (there was only one hook in the bathroom area total). Another little thing that drove me a little crazy, they have a cute organizer in the closet that had pegs for hangars or to hang your closes on directly - if you choose hangars they slide off because there are no notches to stop them. The last thing the water pressure in the shower and sink is really low - but not surprising as they need to conserve water. the last thing, you are about a mile and a half from the main area and you have to look past the immediate industrial looking area to the mountains to feel like you're in Napa. Overall, I would recommend staying here with the warnings I've provided. The area looks like it is on its way to being improved. I gave them a four because it is better than average, but really it is currently good (3.5?), not very good. If they can upgrade their windows to keep the traffic noises out and get the kinks out, they will have a gem on their hands.…
Good Bed, bathroom, jacuzzi, sofa and free parking, we enjoyed overall convenience, they gave us plate and cutlery for our fruit to prepare. We liked our stay. We booked last minute via booking.com and all worked out fine for 2 nights. We can recommend the hotel.
