This property truly earned a 5 star review, and I am not one to just pass those out freely. From the beginning to then end of our visit, here is what this property did extraordinarily well. Parking: there is ample parking and it is clearly set apart from adjacent properties. Facility: from the moment you walk in, you can see that the staff care about their property and keep it very clean and pristine. Staff: they all were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived and checked-in.; throughout the stay, whenever we went to the desk, they were amazing. Rooms: above average in cleanliness, working order (climate control/vent ran smoothly and quietly all night, bathrooms were extremely clean and modern, bed was very comfortbale). Noise: none...this property is set off from all main thoroughfares and is quiet all night long! Amenities: a small lounge area, a game area, a sit down meal area, and a small shopette with a very diverse array of products.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very clean. Front desk gave me wine tasting rooms open later, when I inquired. Great location and beautiful facility, conveniently located close to downtown Napa. l would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a 2-night stay here for our anniversary. We stayed in a King Bed with Whirlpool room. It was very spacious probably because it was located at the corner of the building at the end of the hall. There was a little bench next to the tv console with a space under for your shoes, a table with 2 chairs, a couch with coffee table, and plenty of lighting. The bathroom was very spacious as well with a 2-sink vanity, the whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a toilet room with a door. Pros: very clean; friendly and helpful front desk staff; water, ice tea, coffee and cookies offered in lobby at various times; clean, simple, modern decor; bed was comfortable; free parking. Cons: need to drive to downtown; can hear the upstairs occupant’s footsteps; not a good window view. We did not take advantage of but they do offer Happy Hour with reasonable prices, a restaurant, bike rental, a game room, pool, patio. Cost per night is reasonable compared to other hotels, esp downtown. The cons would not discourage me from returning. This not the hotel for you if you like to be where the action is, but I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! The front desk personnel as well as the restaurant waitstaff were all wonderful and so friendly. Great ambiance, chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon, games to play including indoor shuffleboard, books to read, so many perks! A little noise from the highway but not enough to complain about. We booked a king suite with a separate living room so we had 2 TVs. Perfect for us! The cooked to order breakfast was delicious and was a bargain since we paid extra at booking for a free breakfast.

My family of four enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at hilton garden inn napa. The hotel was very clean, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. We were thrilled with its convenient location, as it was close to numerous renowned wineries. Exploring Oxbow and Napa downtown was made easy by the presence of a car-free bicycle lane, allowing us to rent bicycles and embark on exciting adventures. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the breakfast, which was included in our booking. Considering the regular price of approximately $19.99 per person, having breakfast included made it an excellent deal for our family

First time at this HGI - and there is no doubt we will return in the future. Very friendly staff, more than willing to assist with a room upgrade for Diamond status travelers. Hotel is spotless - very nice pool area, pool table (outside!), and game room. One thing I was very appreciate of, is the fact that breakfast is covered (for Diamonds), if you prefer not to use the $10 food and beverage credit for something else. We had stayed at an HGI in the South Bay earlier this week, and they gave $10 credits, meanwhile charging $25 for breakfast - that is not a "benefit". Kudos to the management of this hotel for making the choice on that breakfast option. Strongly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this property this past weekend. It seemed Napa Valley was exceptionally busy and I was not rewarded at all for making the last minute decision to attend a few concerts in the greater Napa area as every property (including this one!) was commanding cash rates of around $600 including taxes. Fortunately, my (occasional) loyalty to Hilton paid off as this property was also available on points at a rate of 50k for the night.
Check-in was a breeze with a friendly front desk agent quickly making a few keys before sending us up to our top floor room with a few bottles of water after confirming we'd like to take advantage of the breakfast discount for Gold guests. There were a couple wedding parties on the property that weekend from the looks of it and it seemed this hotel did a great job of blocking rooms so people stayed together (I had no trouble getting an early night's rest!).
The room was outstandingly clean and oversized (other properties might even try to sell something like this as a junior suite as there were 2 TVs). Internet worked. Gym was quite nice despite being the typical closet size for a hotel in this category. Outdoor pool looked well maintained. Plenty of free parking onsite.
Breakfast was fine with friendly service. Most of the items worth ordering were $15 or so. If you're traveling like us on the $10 per day voucher know that your money won't go far enough for free food unless you get the most basic of breakfasts. I wouldn't blame the property for that though as the decision was made across the board and Hilton seems to be doing a much better job standardizing the guest experience right now vs Marriott for whatever that's worth. The best part was this property was the first one to remember to update the folio with the credit without me having to ask. Kudos to the team!
Thanks for a flawless stay. Being stuck down in Berkeley for one more year I'll have to make another visit once it's the "off season." I really hope Napa has one of those as I'd love to spend more time in the area.

This is my second time staying at this place, but this time they really made such a great impression on me! :) Stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast as an anniversary trip. I was really impressed by the amazing customer service. The staff is so accommodating and sincerely helpful.
One of the things I was most excited about in Napa was riding bikes along the Vine Trail. And this place is literally next to it. Just need to use the crosswalk and you’re on the trail! A huge benefit is they have on site bike rentals for approx $10/hr. This is A LOT cheaper than renting from the local bike shop and the bikes are in great condition! The front desk even offers helmets and bike locks. When we initially went to rent bikes, the machine was down so I was really disappointed. But Gabriela at the front desk was so nice and was able to make a call to fix the machine. She was so sweet and went out of her way to make this happen for us. And I’m so thankful because the bike ride was the highlight of my trip :)
Also, of course I always manage to leave something behind at hotels.. so when I realized I left my jacket behind, I reached out to them and they so very kindly coordinated with me to have my jacket sent to me. Special thank you to Sandra who was so friendly and professional and helped me through this process.
I can’t recommend staying here enough. Hilton Garden Inn is a lot more affordable than the surrounding hotels and the experience here was excellent. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

Very clean room. AC unit works good. Slept comfortably. Shower pressure very good. Great quality of towels. After a day of wine tasting it was nice to come back to a comfortable room, I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone.

I recommend this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. All had been sanitized; even the TV control was wrapped in plastic. Due to current circumstances, we opted not to have housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. However, we requested clean towels and they were delivered packaged in plastic. Beds were comfortable and excellent shower/water pressure. Housekeeping was attentive by keeping in touch via text messages to ensure our needs were met. Unfortunately, there was no gathering, sitting, eating in lobby area due to restrictions. I would definitely stay here again.

With the Hilton Amex card that gives us Gold Hilton Status, breakfast for two was included each day. The standard king room was quite nice. We enjoyed an omelet each morning before starting our tastings for the day in the wine country. oops, you have come and gone. Hope you had a good time there.
Very small wine and beer selection. Wasn't sure of the specials. None shared with us. But, the beer outside by the fire pit was yummy, regardless!
