I would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were far from quiet as I could hear every conversation, tap on the wall, footstep, etc from neighboring rooms and hallways. The noise made sleep difficult thus causing my birthday weekend to be quite sleepy.

Very nice resort along the river in Napa, easily walkable to town. We were upgraded to one of the suites and it was very lovely. The private seating area with TV was especially nice as was the king-sized bed. The one element that I would change might be the design of the bathroom with special attention given to the sink area. Not enough room to place all of our toiletries!!

This hotel was amazing! Clean, quiet, elegant, etc. The downtown area was within walking distance. (15-20 minute walk. The hotel itself is not directly visible to the main street which contributes to the look and feel of being away from the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend River Terrace Inn to friends and family!

The power went out during my stay. While I understand this was due to the storms and they have no control over this - the real issue was that the doors to leave the 2nd floor were locked, and we could not open them for ~1 hour until employees did this. So if there had been an emergency issue we would not have been able to get down to the ground floor and out of the building during this time.

Hello Extraordinary, We are sorry that you experienced the outage during your stay due to the recent storms, but please note that we take the safety of both our guests and team very seriously. I believe that our Front Office Manager spoke to you shortly after the power outage and explained that the fire doors close, but they do not lock. They are set up to auto close in the event of a safety situation but they never lock so that everyone has access out of the hotel. There are also (2) sets of stairs on either end of the hotel that are always accessible. We are current with all our safety inspections and in this situation, we propped all the fire doors open with door stops so that guests did not have to open/close them. The River Terrace Inn is perfect for a Napa getaway. Walking distance from 1st Street and a stone’s throw from Oxbox Market. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and stylish. Everything we could have wanted and more! Would recommend to anyone visiting Northern California.

Rooms are large, comfy, well lit + furnished. 3rd floor River view room with balcony + large tub was lovely! Very quiet at night. Easy walk to downtown Napa + Oxbow Market + CIA @ Copia. Friendly + professional staff made the stay so enjoyable.

Smaller hotel, modern, clean and employees very professional and friendly. We enjoyed staying here. The bar was very nice and not crowded and service was great. Front desk staff very professional and friendly and loved the glass of wine upon arrival.

Approximately a .50 mile walk along the river to the Oxbow Market area and another .50 mile from there to Historic Downtown Napa. The hotel was clean and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at the River Terrace Inn. A return visit for us, as our new favorite hotel in Napa. Guest rooms are beautifully designed, and the fireplace is terrific, easy to use and gives the room cozy ambiance. The staff is always friendly and approachable. We enjoyed drinks and breakfast in the bar/restaurant and the service was best in class. You feel you're in Napa when you stay here, the hospitality and quality food and drinks is what makes you come back. We'll be back soon!

The location is wonderful on the river and a quick scenic walk to town. Book a river side room if you can. Everything was great here from convenience to quality. Everyone on staff was pleasant and accommodating (thanks Rachel!)
