We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the "Chocolat" room. The room is located on the 2nd floor right off of the staircase. This room is quite large and very beautiful. The bed is also very comfortable. Please be aware that the stairs are creaky so if you are a light sleeper this ma

We just finished a few night’s stay at the Inn and enjoyed it. We met very nice people at breakfast, and really enjoyed the separate cottage and the quiet it provided.

They tried to accommodate our tricky dietary restrictions but it seemed that it was hard for them to do, even

We had a good two-night stay, with two rooms joined by a bathroom in between, perfect for three adults and a child. Free parking, free breakfast served hot in tables shared with others - no choise of breakfast so you get what they serve, but they accommodated by sister being glut

The rooms are a little old, there were some holes in the walls of our room (Bella Tuscany) that had been stuffed with cotton balls, but if you can get past that you’re golden! The room was a good size compared to other Inns we tried in the area. The AC was cold, rooms were clean,

Very nice old house, comfortable bed and very clean. We don't go to breakfast much so missed that. Friendly staff. A little hard to find because the drive just has an arrow and the building is not marked except as an Old World Inn. Upstairs is the usual long climb with your ba

Maybe I am confused but my wife and I stayed in a delightful cottage behind a b&b in 1983'ish and I thought the name was the Burgundy Inn. Could this be the same place? Planning a return trip in April.
The Burgundy Inn was in Yountville, CA. We are Old World Inns in Napa made up of Hotel Napa Valley, Merlot House and Cabernet House. We do have a unit called "Private Cottage" which is part of Cabernet House. It is right behind the main building and offers the utmost in privacy. If we can answer any additional questions, you are welcome to call us at 707-257-0112. Cheers! Old World Inns

Should we avoid a visit in September or October?
No I think it would be a grand time for a visit. The wineries will look different, but in an interesting way. Go for it. D.

Is there a shuttle service from and to airport SFO? Regards
I'd recommend you hire a car from SF to this location as its really cheap. We then got reception to hire a driver of our rental car to take us around the wineries. Approx. $350 but his knowledge and the lovely wineries and wine tasting made it a highlight of our trip to California

How far from most of the popular wineries?
What room did yall stay in?
Chocolat. Thought it was a Perfect room- very spacious. They "discount" bc it overlooks the street and they think it may be noisy? But it in no way is. It's very quiet and peaceful.
