The location is off of a busy road, but unlike other reviews I did not find it distracting or noisy. Kathleen was a true sweetheart and showed us around the property and our room. We had a balcony and it was a nice sized room and bathroom. We stayed in the spring room, and my only complaint was the higher...

I (along with my husband & good friends) had the great fortune to stay at this fantastic B&B. The proprietor, Kathleen, was a gracious & friendly host. The rooms were warm & friendly (outside balcony was a nice plus!) and the community room was cozy & well-stocked with water, soda & snacks! Great spot to relax & sample your wine...

My husband and I stayed for three nights at Oleander House in the Fall room. We were made feel very welcome by the hostess who started our days with a hearty, delicious breakfast. Oleander House s in a great location just north of Yountville on the way to St Helena. It is within walking distance to some wine tasting rooms...

I was in Napa Valley for business the week of July 15. Kathleen was very warm and accommodating, and though they did not have availability in one room the whole week, she was more than happy to let me change rooms mid-week, and even moved all my luggage for me during the day of the room switch while I was...

We had a wonderful two night stay during a trip to the area to attend my sisters' wedding. Kathleen is a warm person who clearly works very hard to provide a lovely place for her guests. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. She keeps a fridge in a common area stocked with beverages and puts out coffee...

It is very well located near Yountville, a few meters from Mustards and Bricks, two of the better restaurants in the area. It is on the roadside, but traffic is minimal in the evening, noise is not an issue. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and she cooks great breakfast ever morning at 9 for the guests. Eating at...

We stayed July 19 to 21 in a road facing room on second floor. This place is less expensive than other bed and breakfasts in the area and very comfortable. Highlights: a nice innkeeper who made very nice breakfasts with several choices. A bit carb/sugar heavy but she gives plenty of options to get whatever you like out of your...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a detailed review of my property. I just wanted to let you know, we ordered new Carpet for the stairs and dining room after receiving your input. It was the last little push we needed to make this project a priority. Thanks again, it is customer like you that allow...

A friend recommended this place and I'm glad we booked it. At $200/night, comparatively cheaper than other places in the area, the location worked out well for our needs. Our room was comfortable, although surprised there was no TV. Also it was quite warm/stuffy in the house but could be because it was 100+ degrees outside. Kathleen provided a nice...

The Oleander House is a soothing , comfortable place to stay! Clean and hospitable with large rooms. Our host was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days. We had a cheesy egg casserole and fresh blueberry bread pudding. Loved everything about our stay!!!!
